Recently had my electric garage door repaired and was impressed by the quick service The technician Mark arrived promptly was approachable and explained the problem The work was completed efficiently and the door now operates smoothly I am very satisfied with the result As for pricing it seemed reasonable but I can t say for sure as I have nothing to compare with Overall a positive experience

Really easy to deal with

Really easy to deal with great communication I dealt with them entirely remotely as the garage door that needed repairing belonged to an elderly relative who was not capable of dealing with them directly They turned up in good time only slight hiccup was with the time I booked as they wanted to be earlier and this would not have suited they did however arrive exactly as booked having called t say they were on their way Great communication all round and a great repair job done on the spot

Garage opened and latch repaired

The bar attached to the latch on my up and over Henderson garage door had detached from the lock leaving me locked out of my garage Therefore I phoned GDF in order to get this issue resolved GDF were able to have a look within 2 days I was asked what time would be best for me and Rhys from GDF informed me an hour in advance when I could expect him Rhys was friendly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease that the issue could be resolved Rhys was swiftly able to open the garage door leaving no damage repaired the latch mechanism I was really impressed with the service as I was worried a new garage door would be required However thanks to the excellent service provided by GDF this was not the case I cannot recommend this service highly enough if you have an issue with your garage door
