We are absolutely delighted with our Monaco Garden Shed It only took a few days and the assembly team were brilliant Catherine was on hand if we had any questions or issues Over all it s fantastic value and the service provided is second to none

From the moment I inquired to this point-a beautiful high quality building The Monaco 44 on my property crafted with exquisite Northern Fir that smells so fresh and amazing dealing with Gardenhouse24 has been SUCH a wonderful experience in every way From the planning guidance and personalization the owner Gary has been happy to help at every step This company really takes pride in the work that they do truly skillful craftsmanship start to finish Everyone on the crew is a talented professional artisan who works with precision to create a finished product that is nothing short of perfection I love this company so much that I have decided to have them build my house the Heidi 70 and a gazebo on my land as well If that s not a hearty stamp of approval I don t know what is Thank you for being such a true pleasure and delight to work with all at Gardenhouse24 It has been such an honor and I m so glad that I chose YOU

Got the Lisa B garden room and can t fault anything about the whole process Catherine was excellent to deal with throughout and delivery was within the time stated We were out of the country on holiday when we got the call about the delivery but we arranged for it to be dropped in over our back wall and in place for assembly for when we arrived home I got the qualified builders to assemble it and they had it up within 8 hours Unfortunately when they opened the packaging there was 2 windows broken during transit but they rang Catherine and they had them replaced and installed shortly afterwards Anyone who has seen the garden room has said how good it looks and how solid it is and with proper maintenance will stand for years to come It s a great addition to our home and basically another room to enjoy A big thank you to Catherine and to Daniel and his installation team for all the help and professionalism they gave throughout

I can t praise Garden house 24 highly enough From the first communication with Catherine their highly efficient customer relations person the service was top class No question was too trivial and I got prompt answers every time The lead time for my barrel sauna was 10 - 12 weeks it arrived within 4 weeks I was away on holiday so Catherine kept it in their warehouse till my return Delivery was excellent and Catherine facilitated difficult access to our property The sauna is now set up and looks fantastic really good quality Just now waiting for the electric sauna heater to be connected Can t wait to try it out I would thoroughly recommend Garden House to anyone looking to purchase a sauna or one of their great looking garden houses Top class service and products a rarity in this day and age Thank you again Catherine and team

Fantastic Shed with an equally amazing Service

I explored garden sheds for months I was talking to Catherine for months and she was patiently responding to all my queries I did not kno anything about sheds Thanks for gradually educating me on sheds Finally with a great price discount I ordered the shed It came in time as was communicated Great service in fitting the shed The fitters took good few hours and it was raining that day but the lads did a fantastic job They r the best in their job A great customer service You will cherish business with them I ordered and fitted in Dublin doing all business Online with them and still a great experience Highly recommend it

Excellent service and product I bought the Kevin garden room and it s a great product Catherine in Miltown Malbay is really helpful and knowledgeable and the three installers Billy Daniel and Conor were very pleasant and knowledgeable also

It took a few weeks to get the Cabin manufactured and delivered I took advantage of an offer which included having the Cabin erected and that was done in a long day by a great team who did a lovely job Very happy with the service Great looking Cabin too

Fantastic Great product great customer service

Im absolutely over the moon with my new garden space I got Adele 44 model which is spacious enough to fit my office sofa bed and other furniture I went for the full package including concrete base installation insulation roof shingles but decided to do the painting ourselves I also requested a custom window for the back wall From the outset I was kept informed about delivery dates and installation dates which actually took place sooner than I thought From the delivery guys to the installation team everyone was super lovely but have to say the Customer Service has been first class I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gardenhouse24

Catherine is so easy to deal with great advice on what we needed Peter Power delivered our unit this morning and went up and beqond to fit in our driveway with wires in his way and he was so patient kind and a lovely helpful gentlman Thank you all
