We ordered a replacement canopy for our swing They sent us the wrong size When trying to return it they have me take million photos pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket only to tell me they can t refund me until they do a full inspection of the canopy I will never ever in a trillion years do business with this monstrosity of a company again

Purchase a replacement canopy it fit really well and looked good when installed then it rained Leaked everywhere when I contacted customer service they said We suggest removing the canopy any time you will be experiencing inclement weather as our canopies are meant to provide shade from the sun What a ripoff Don t waste your money

DO NOT BUY The canopy replacement I received is defective with the top tier canopy way too big to fit I don t have a model number but the frame was exactly the same from the same retailer with the same model name They insisted it was a different version of the gazebo without providing any evidence I spent CAD 239 for a canopy that I cannot use Now I have to spend approximately CAD 100 return shipping cost plus USD 45 deduction to have it returned SO UNREASONABLE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

Replacement canopy FAILURE

Ordered the replacement canopy for the gazebo because they said you can get over 2 years out of theirs due to superior material and craftsmanship I checked and double checked it would fit During installation it was so tight that the seams were pulling apart a little when it rained the water came thru the stretched needle holes One of the grommets to allow the air to escape was pulled out of the material I ended up putting a piece of tape over it I contacted Garden Winds sent photos of everything expecting a replacement or money back Neither of which happened Now after almost 2 years it is completely destroyed like the original So much for the better UV protection material and their thicker than the original material DO NOT PURCHASE A CANOPY Total failure of the canopy where it was torn to shreds was January 13 2023 Bought March 2021 Faded badly after the first year

DO NOT Waste tour money on their Garbage

I purchased in January 2014 a RIPLOCK FABRIC - Replacement Canopy for Sam s Club Sunhouse Gazebo It ripped on the second season of use totally fell apart called customer services said only six month warranty Insulted me with a 15 dollars discount if i order another Item is garbage and RIPLOCK fabric is complete garbage DO NOT BUY GARDENWINDS will not stand behind their product

Poor quality poor service

Ordered New canopy and cushion for my 11 year old Home Depot swing June of 2017 Different look then original but ok Material used is much thinner then original Just brought both out of house for this season Maryland seat cushion splitting dry rotted Contacted customer service sent photos etc They couldn t help because it was 1 week out of warranty but offered 10 off on a new one Total use of product 3 1 2 months The original lasted 10 years They re selling junk nothing near the originals quality Just waiting for the paper thin canopy to shred They don t care about their customers Sprint a lot of for junk Fred Mueller

Allen Roth Replacement Canopy

Purchased an Allen Roth replacement gazebo canopy No where near the quality of the original Poorly fitted hard to get on Faded faster during the this summer than the side panels which we ve had for years Developed a leak through small holes that Garden Winds claims are part of the manufacturing process Our original never leaked GW wouldn t issue a refund Never shopping with them again and wish I had seen this site prior to purchase Wish I could give them 0 stars

Low expectations

Don t expect a replacement cover to be the same quality as an original The seams are simple one-ply instead of sealed french seams Every seam on the new cover leaks and even after going over them with sealer it will take extra coats because the seams will stretch open when pulling the cover over the frame The water resistant rip stop nylon is not even close to water resistant Over all this will turn a rain resistant gazebo into a glorified sunshade Save your money and don t bother with this company

terrible product

My replacement canopy lasted less than one season in Tennessee The color almost co pletely faded out and it has rips at every velcro strap Customer service says my issue may be because I have the incorrect top It fit my frame perfectly Besides that would have nothing to do with fading out My first original top lasted three seasons and never faded I would never recommend gtardenwinds products
