Completly waste of money

Installed the unit and fired the car up to test Heard a clang and shut the car off Pulled the unit back out and found that the catalyst and the cap had called out and was now rattling around in my exhaust The catalyst was totally destroyed Complete waste of money

I have been waiting for my order for over a month All that i did get was a part that i did not order and can not useI EMAILED Garlaven com support and they said that the order was sent but not what I ordered I SENT THE SUPPORT A COPY OF MY ORDER and Copy of a picture what was sent and its been over a week ago and have not received a response I have been waiting and the vehicle is usable now

Bait and switch products Cheaply made in China Bought a garden wind spinner that was beautiful in the picture and 41 inches wide The item that showed up was totally different and only 12 inches wide They then fight returns and just offer discounts They don t follow their own return policy and you have to pay shipping to China to send the trash back Took the partial refund and threw it away

Product not worth the money Cheap made in China

I searched for a chicken coop door on Google Got several hits All showed what appeared to be the same item Accompining description and video was identical for all sites and ranged from 30 to 100 I ordered the cheapest one My wife bought the same door on another site for twice the price Both arrived within a week of each other after being on order for a month Tracking notifications sucked I would like to return this cheap door Return policy unclear if I will get a full refund unless it was damaged My advice is to be very careful what and who you order from on-line

Absolutely nowhere does it state that your parts are coming from overseas China specifically and are going to be at least two weeks out My my parts are almost a month late at this point and the customer service is complete and total b llsh t I ve repeatedly asked for a refund and have been asked to wait 3 days wait a week wait 10 days when we already had to go out and buy parts to compensate the ridiculousness of this site DO NOT USE THIS SITE TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME AND FIND IT ELSEWHERE YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID

their price is good shipping take long time about 6 days which is not fast but acceptable the EGR is exactly what my car needed Will order from them again
