Terrible Customer Service
I ordered from them back in October and they were supposed to arrive late October or early November I was told that my package had been delivered but it never was I ve contacted customer service at least 5 times now in every way imaginable The most I ve heard back is them apologizing and asking for my order number but after that I didn t hear from them In fact the majority of the time I m completely ignored by customer service I haven t received a refund for my order or a replacement and it s been months The only reason why I decided to rate them 2 stars instead of one is because I ve ordered from them before and it was a great experience However this experience has been really horrible and it s making me consider finding somewhere else to order from
