Goods not checked before despatch
The metal ceramic doorknobs arrived promptly but on one of the knobs the ceramic insert has fallen off To stick it back on I will somehow need to remove the hard thick residue of glue Obviously the goods haven t been checked by the person packing them

My first order was faultless and the product was excellent But my second order wouldn t go through because of website problems so I had to order by phone Unfortunately whoever placed the order had the right description but transposed 2 digits of the part number so I was sent the wrong part I returned it explaining the problem only to be sent the wrong part again After further communications I got the right part but the invoice cost was increased The ceramic parts are excellent but the ordering system can fall apart

Communication needs work
Products are fine but their communication is pretty poor 2 weeks after ordering I got an email to say sorry we ve been closed for the past 2 weeks and just to let you know your item might not be ready to go for another 6 weeks too I got in touch with them about it no reply so I sourced the handles elsewhere 2 days later I got an email from them saying the handles had been sent Now I have 2 sets of handles no big deal but like I said poor communication

The kitchen cabinet knobs are beautiful and arrived very promptly However minutes after placing my order I emailed requesting a small change of design to my order I didn t get a reply and the change wasnt included in my parcel Otherwise this would have been a 5 star purchase
