Arrived in good time

Arrived in good time well packaged Quite pretty but I think slightly smaller than the dimensions given on line But as it took me so long to find a suitable pattern I am keeping them thank you

Beautiful product

Beautiful product I ordered 15 glass knobs There was an issue with the online ordering-it wasn t very smooth and I had to try several times One of the knobs had a tiny chip but glass is a natural product so I didn t bother to send it back I may think differently if it breaks in my hand Altogether I m happy and would use again

Top quality Hinges

Top quality Hinges this is my second order they were posted out to me super quick there was an issue with damage loss from the postal service but these guys was very quick at sorting the problem

Good customer service

I ordered 18 cabinet knobs but unfortunately 5 of them were damaged I emailed customer service and got a quick reply and apology and another 5 replacements were sent out quickly and received thank you I would recommend using GDecor

Website didn t show items out of stock

I bought 2 packs of G Decor s cabinet knobs and paid via Paypal However sadly they were out of stock so hence unavailable I immediately received an explanatory email and a refund from G Decor - which was great service But I was rather annoyed that their website didn t show they were out of stock of that particular item and had to go through the buying process for no reason

Nice glasses

Nice glasses and quick delivery Could have been more accomodating in adding an item to my order to save on P P Contacted them shortly after placing my order over the weekend but their response on Monday was they are not able to amend orders I was also told they no longer offer free delivery on orders over 60 00 even though this is still on their website

Lovely looking handles minor quality issue with one

Lovely pink button handles look so so pretty Also got the crackled white ones for our bedroom as well as door hangers in the same style The door handle came off so we had to superglue which wasn t ideal The door hangers seem fine although there is obviously a variation in each individual one and unfortunately one looks quite faded at the edges but we ve just decided that s part of the individual look and feel
