Terrible Company
Terrible Company We had a Supalite roof fitted by Geltsdale Windows of Brampton over two years ago The workmanship of the installation is terrible and they left my original roof in an unsafe state and would not come back to rectify the faulty work on the roof they installed after saying they would numerous times The Supalite roof they fitted is a disgrace and Geltsdale even admitted to the manufacturer it was a poor installation by them and for some reason they will not honour the 10 year guarantee they provided us with and even lied to the manufacturer that we would not let them rectify the work they admitted was not good enough which is a total lie by them This is the worst company we have ever dealt with and we are shocked that they will not honour the guarantee they provided us with but when you read other reviews of this company it seems when something goes wrong they stop responding to the customer and walk away Trading Standards should be doing something about this company and I have reported this to Trading Standards
