Exceptional removal company highly recommended

I cannot speak highly enough of Gentlevan Removals It is an outstanding company and they provided us with a really fantastic service from start to finish We had a complicated move from western France back to central London Half our things were going to London and half to storage Liaising with Victoria to get the process started was very easy and efficient Then Peter actually came to visit our house in France en route from another job and he assessed all our furniture exits access and so on in person We were very reassured that everything was being well planned When the time came for the packing the 4-strong team of Peter Kristian Karl and Attila were really fantastic So hardworking and dedicated also respectful friendly and very careful with all our items They checked everything carefully with us and worked with great focus care and speed We were extremely impressed They kindly let us keep our beds and kitchen table up until the last day which was a great help Nothing got broken When they came to unload our things in central London it was a different challenge on a busy main road They arrived before 7am and worked non-stop at an amazing speed until 1 30 when they had finished the whole job Not only that but they unpacked all our items from boxes and they took away all the packaging which was such a help We have done several big moves in the past 10 years and I can say without hesitation that Gentlevan Removals has been by far the best most efficient and most pleasant company to deal with A trustworthy hardworking and dedicated team and I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

Moving home is stressful enough

Moving home is stressful enough but trying to get some service from removal companies can be quite hard Just getting quotes can be a struggle so I wanted to at least give a strong recommendation to Gentlevan Removals From the very beginning Victoria came back to me the same day to arrange a survey of my belonging and what would be needed Promptly the chap turned up for the appointment and following a walkthrough I then received an email with a full quote I m sorry to say from the other 5 companies I contacted it was hard work and only one other got in touch with meAs I was self packing they dropped up enough packing material and boxes so we could get everything ready for the big move On the day I was greeted by three great chaps Peter Imre and Emil who were not only amazing and extremely polite but went out of there way asking if we needed any help moving things on our arrival I can certainly recommend Gentlevan Removals as a great option good value if you are moving and I am confident they will give you the same outstanding service Thank you all for all your help

I booked Gentlevan Removals for a very short notice move the service I received could not have been better from the initial survey the careful packing of everything the move itself Every care was taken to protect all of my possessions with different sorts of packaging and protective covering for all of my floorings Could not have asked for better I thoroughly recommend

Gentlevan moved me for the third time in the summer and I cannot recommend them highly enough I always go back to them because they make the whole process stress free and are so helpful and friendly It s not often you get such good service and at a good price Nothing is too much trouble for them and I am so grateful to them Wouldn t use anyone else

We have no hesitation about recommending Gentlevan They have just handled a large removal for us and it was very professionally organised and carried out Thank you so much Victoria for your excellent communications skills whilst overcoming the first hurdle of arranging a moving date our completion date kept changing On the day we were loaded well before time They used floor coverings and had numerous fitted covers for beds settees tvs etcThank you so much Imra and all the team Through no fault of our own there was a significant delay in being able to move us into our new property but the lads waited patiently whilst liaising directly with the other moving company I would advise to take the insurance cover for delayed handover of keys as we did The team stayed well after expected working hours to move us in All through the process what made this move easy was not only the organision abilities of the team but the fact that they carried out the work with good humour even though some of our pieces of furniture were rather challenging Thanks again Gentlevan will definitely be our first choice for any future move

Reliable and very good service definitely highly recommend them Peter and Viki were both very helpful and professional I have bought a high value fridge and freezer and had to ask for a quote for delivery from 200miles away from my home 48 hours later the fridge was in my kitchen with Peter s help Many thanks again
