Really like both the Bezel app and website Makes finding a watch and comparing price really easy The checkout had a few technical glitches but the support team was quick to respond and noted it was a temporary issue that they fixed I got a call from the concierge when it turned out my watch was not in the condition advertised They sent me additional video and photos and talked me through my options cancel the order propose a discount etc They were great to deal with and wanted to make sure I was satisfied I got the watch and love it
