Kubu Smart Security came with my new kitchen windows and door They are great prompt me if I ve left them open and give me extra security I will fit them to any new windows as I replace them Had a problem with one battery but great customer service from Tom and all sorted very efficiently Would definitely recommend

Bought a 3 door set System works great Hub indicates whether a door is open or all locked Moby phone app specifies individual door status plus other tricks Wifi issues made setting up tricky but tech support were quick to pick up and helpful Well pleased overall

Just had Kubu installed was quick and easy and slick would recommend Shaun installed it he made it easy to understand and was knowledgeable He was punctual and polite and smart a credit to Kubu would highly recommend Val ipswich

Excellent customer service from Morgan on the phone to the fitter Sean who came here two hours later and fitted the window sensors and helped me pair them on the app A fantastic product which gives you the status of doors and windows for windows open on vent position or secure closed Also alerts you when leaving your area if you have left any windows open or doors unlocked It also notifies you if anything is opened when you are out Locks are all operated normally by key I am very pleased with the service I received and the product I believe they are bringing out sensors for older non Kubu compatible fittings later this year and have added my name to an email list so as to be notified as soon as they become available I will be fitting them to my old windows

5 star product and service

Kubu was fitted last week on our recently fitted new windows and doors The install was smooth quick and faultless and everything was explained about how the whole system works The app is excellent easy to use and clearly tells you the status of your doors and windows You can see exactly what status everything is in wether it be open closed in vent secured or unsecured The installers were polite and very knowledgeable I ve already recommended kubu to family and friends and will continue to do so I will be setting it up with Google assistant in the near future Many thanks

Super easy to install and we feel really secure

Kubu was sent straight to our house and was super easy to self-instal in our Kubu ready doors The instructions for instal and set up were so easy to follow that we were able to instal in two doors in less than 10mins We now feel extra secure knowing that we can have piece of mind by checking whether our doors are locked with a quick look at our phones We will definitely be recommending Kubu to our friends and family
