As promised I ve come back and edited my review Previously I d mentioned that I thought the company had shut it s operations and taken my money but they were very fast in reaching out to me and letting me withdraw my account balance The process for account verification and withdraw was one of the easiest I ve seen That said their support email and numbers not working and my account continues to be impossible to access email not valid while I continue to have an active account with unsettled bets is very strange I ve taken a star off to reflect this and the difficulties to get to this point but I will say that they did reach out to me and honour my account balance which I appreciate very much Thank you GG bet

First very bad experience with withdraws after few years here
I am long time bettor on gg bet Well what can I say I am a fan of this website it s clean offers a lot of events to bet on a lot of bonus programs and great odds I used to withdraw without any problems for those few years however things have changed I wish I could give 5 stars because that is how I felt throughout these years but this experience that I had is very frustrating and I am considering to change betting website if things like this persists I made three withdrawals on 5th of January Everything went as usual - in few minutes it reached in progress stage I must note I always get funds minutes maximum hour after reaching this stage However this time I am already waiting for almost 8 days I kept contacting support some of them very extremely rude and ended chat when I asked some real answers not some copy - paste stuff We all know you can copy-paste but they were unable to explain why I have to wait this long It is extremely frustrating their answers leaves me baffled - all of them keep saying same copy - paste stuff some of them are even saying totally different things like once support member told be that transactions are processed on their side and every other support member else providing false information others saying otherwise It s completely unclear why don t they want to withdraw funds or when will they do this but one thing I know - you can t treat your loyal customer like that First they told me to wait 5 working days - standard timeframe for withdrawals - after that no real solution their only answer transactions are processed by the payment providers and you need to wait for final status all the time It drives me crazy that they only answer with copy-paste texts and won t even try to do something This is totally unacceptable I won t say to not play here or deposit money here because it is pretty nice site however I can see a lot of customers are dissatisfied in the past week and my only logical explanation is that they don t want to withdraw money and won t care if there is a problem I am very sad that my beloved site let me down like that and I wish I didn t have to rate them one star however as I said this is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated I will remove my one star rating if it will be resolved soon but for now lets leave it like that My transaction ids 1c9a9755-a0e6-4e9e-8037-e5322d251a6b f85b86d4-3515-4d01-ac7b-ceaca4942e62 ee13ce34-305e-486d-a051-4d58a0da9aa7 Updated 10th day money still not transferred I contacted support and was told that it could take another two weeks That would mean 24 days in total from request date This is unimaginable Updated 01 16 I got it this morning in my gg bet account I suppose that was a system problem and guys gg bet is legit site and my only one favorite by far
