Scam enterprise false photo and description no refunds
Basically a complete scam I ordered the German leather jacket after having carefully studied the size charts they provided waiting excitedly I even paid the extra tenner for insurance It arrived after about a week and I it was basically made of such terrible and thin material it wont hold shape is completely different from the size chart measurements two people could stand inside the body of the coat Stitching and buttons absolutely poor It is i would say a very bad reproduction of the jacket in the photo tackier than a Child s plastic Halloween costume I paid 70 or so in all The trouble happened when i contacted them They say they do not do refunds only exchanges Despite the EU and UK law stating that a customer is entitled to a refund for 14 days without reason or a longer period with a reason They ignored three emails from myself regarding the refund and are basically trying to hang me out I ll have to report them to all the relevant authorities for this but first i advise you to not make the mistake i made in taking a chance Their photos do not represent their products Through searching I have found that they are a Chinese company who use many different trading names and websites to basically pull this kind of stunt in conning people and refusing to give refunds or exchanges They ignore all correspondence asking for return labels Payment is made to china your items take a long time to arrive and what arrives is not at all like what you ordered Literally worst experience I have ever had shopping

Took my money and ran DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GHALAS GOTH If the trousers weren t 60 I d file a small claims It s just not worth my time to do anyting else but warn others Expedited Shipping actually means expedited shipping of your money into an untraceable account Unreal AND they claimed Excellent reviews on Trustpilot Considering it only cost me 60 to learn this lesson I got off easy F U GhallaGoth

I made an order and should have my items few days later - I got it one month later I asked them to cancel my order and refund me No they could not do that Always just sorry for the delay and thank you for the understanding What I ordered was for a special event but I didn t get it in time They didn t give a shit about it - wanted me to have understanding of their mess up but didn t show me understanding that I didn t have any purpose for the item - I asked if I could not just resend it and get refund - no no they only exchange is possible So it s terrible service with no flexibility and if you dont like the item or the service they just send you the middle finger I will never shop here again - avoid doing business here - can find better service and better quality products elsewhere

Shipping super slow items completely different That s about it Shipping coming directly from China and items claimed to be from leather latex are from some cheap nylon material Both items from same cloth Took one month for the item to arrive and is complete crap AVOID
