Received incorrect item
I placed my order for a new year planner that looked amazing on 11 07 After speaking through email a few times about my order and being told that it was on its way I finally received a package on 12 16 even though the tracking site they provided me kept saying it was delivered on 12 22 when today is 12 19 I opened my package and was highly disappointed when I saw a spiral ring notebook of printed paper something I could have easily made myself if I wanted to for it to be an end of life planner I emailed the person that I was emailing originally and she told me that I would have to email someone else When I emailed them I told them that I was highly disappointed waiting over a month for an item to end up receiving something COMPLETELY different and had absolutely nothing to do with my original purchase and requested a full refund The first response I received was that they couldn t cancel my order because tracking was showing that it was still being delivered on their end Emailed again and said I am not wanting to cancel my order I m wanting a full refund I went to their website to look at the item I purchased and it is no longer on the site I emailed again with this information my request for a full refund and the entire issue in detail over again I get told that my options are to 1 keep the incorrect item and get back 15 of what I paid for or send the item back to China which I have to pay for and not be refunded wait for them to receive it back then they will issue me a full refund and the reason I received the incorrect item was because they were out of what I ordered and thought this would be the next best thing I emailed them back and advised them that was complete BS When I looked into how much it would cost to ship back it was over 50 They then responded with saying the spoke to management and was told that they couldn t cancel increase the partial refund to 25 if I kept the incorrect item or and I quote We can only refund the full amount after we receive the goods and you need to pay the expensive shipping fee I am LIVID This is terrible customer service After reading the reviews I feel like a complete idiot I usually read reviews before shopping online but got too excited about the product that I originally wanted They even tried to tell me that they believed I would find the item I did receive as useful and practical ITS AN END OF LIFE PLANNER I ve looked all over their website and can t find anything about return policy or refund policy which is making this even more upsetting I will be making sure to do my homework in the future and will NOT be buying before reviewing ever again

Buyer beware
I would leave zero stars if I could as this company is a scam fraud I ordered an ornament they promptly took my money and sent me a confirmation email on 9 9 2024 I sent an email looking for a tracking number on 9 13 2024 and was told my order is being processed and to keep an eye on my inbox and spam folder I sent another email on 9 26 2024 again looking for a tracking number and received the exact same computer generated response as the first one I sent another request for a tracking number my product or my money back on 10 5 2024 and got the same computer generated email for a third time In the time I ve been waiting on this company I have placed orders with two other online companies like theirs and have received what I ordered from one and just got the email the other is on the way Yet here I am still waiting to get what I ordered and paid for from GIFTFORS company This company is a scam and needs to be reported to the FTC

The product purchased looked NOTHING
The product purchased looked NOTHING like the picture When I asked for a refund they offered me a discount on the purchase I replied and said I am not interested in a discount The quality of product looked nothing like the picture They told me if I wanted a refund it would cost 20 to send back The total purchase was 50 I went to post office to mail back to the China address they listed It would cost 30 from Arizona This is a total scam DO NOT purchase a thing from these people Plus from the time of purchase until receiving the product was over 60 days

Don t buys this
It took over a month to receive my package It was suppose to be a boo box and I was to exchange gifts on the 1st but unfortunately i look like a fool with nothing waiting on this package I contacted the company numerous times asking for a refund because wasn t receiving a tracking number or anything and if I wasn t getting it by the first I no longer wanted it I finally got the package on the 16th of October ordered in the 13th of September and it is a complete waste of money It seemed as if it would be filled with nomes even has a picture of one of the outside of the box NOPE it s full of ten cent toys and two freaking nomes This is a complete scam and I am beyond mad I wasted my money I hope someone sees this review and it saves them time hassle and a lot of money

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GIFTORS IT S A SCAM I BOUGHT SOMETHING WITH PAYPAL AND NEVER RECEIVED IT I TRIED TO EMAIL THEM AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS THEY PROVIDED IS A FAKE I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL BUT DOUBTFUL I LL GET MONEY BACK BUYER BEWARE

Giftfors Scam
It took over a month to receive the product I ordered The product didn t come close to the description or picture The little pouch of sweaty affirmations did not contain a pouch The exact same affirmation was on each wooden card It wasn t an affirmation shown in the picture I will never buy anything from this site again

I bought three stationary advent
I bought three stationary advent calendars for a total of 90 00 The calendars were complete garbage The numbered boxes were suppose to be numbered 1-24 but instead I got numbers 4 24 8 16 and 20 repeated over and over It was suppose to have a personalized name on the box instead all three said Francesca I don t even know a Francesca Inside the boxes were random pieces of garbage paper Unless you want sadness embarrassment and regret sprinkled with a bit of oh my I can t believe I fell for that don t shop here If you know a Francesca I have a pretty awful present for her

Zero stars A scam Sent the advent calendar completely crushed with missing items and duplicate days and then said I would have to pay to send it back to China to be reviewed for a refund along with a guilt message about supporting children A sad and terrible experience Lesson learned Never again

Complete scam Just like everyone else says I ordered a set of Christmas cards actually 2 received TWO cards Two individual cards So I paid 20 for 2 Christmas cards that oh btw came 2 days after Christmas I did email them to try to resolve they want me to buy more
