Ordered an item from Giphogantic in November 2023 from a Facebook ad Right away I started to receive info on shipping such as the city it left from in the US cleared customs into Canada arrived in a city in the next province After it was stuck there for a month I inquired about it The company then sent me a tracking number from Canada Post where the package had left China in December and was stuck with Canada Post After several emails to the company asking to explain the two shipping methods and doubting every response I received I asked for a refund The company then said they would have to deduct the shipping fee and the loss of the item that was shipped which to me would mean I would get back zero dollars After several more emails they agreed to refund the amount minus the shipping which they did Not at all impressed with this company I certainly learned my lesson on placing orders from an ad on Facebook Please google reviews before placing orders with online ads

SCAM
SCAM - BEWAREOrdered the eyebrow pencils 2 5 months ago They never arrived I have inquired several times and they say there was something wrong with the address there is not and as it can t be shipped back to their warehouse why not they haven t given me a refund yet despite being asked several times and are asking for a FURTHER amount in order to try shipping it to me again Total scam - I order things online regularly and they arrive in days

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
If I could I d give negative 5 stars I also ordered the eyebrow pen in March of 2024 It is now December of 2024 I inquired about it months ago they said it was stuck in customs in Spain I did get an email regarding tracking It showed Spain Mind you it does not take a year to go through customs I pretty much gave up on it at this point but I thought just for the heck of it I ll check Now it shows it has been in the US sense April of 2024 I just email them again inquiring about it though I don t expect anything back except another b s excuse I also saw the ad on Instagram Mind you they have my card info charged my card so that s not very comforting As for the tracking info it only tells you where it is on THEIR little tracking page It does not tell you which carrier has it etc Seems to me like they are racking up charging people and not ever even sending a thing Someone needs to do something about these people I don t even want to ask for my back as I do not want them to access my card again ever at all Please do not buy from them I should have read these reviews 1st and will always do so in the future

Ordered 4 5 Big kids for my 8 years old boy they are big the size is for a foot lenght of 23 cm and my son s foot measurement is 19 cm I guess the right size would be around 3 or 3 5 Big kids
