Scam site - Product is nothing like what they advertised Cheap product with no installation hardware which was advertised
Like a lot of other reviewers I ordered a Garage Door decoration for Christmas It just arrived yesterday finally after 5 weeks However it is nothing like advertised The ad was for a thick vinyl garage door cover with tension straps and clips to attach to the garage door frame When I ordered it the website had videos showing installation instructions with these clips and it looked very professional However what I received is a very thin cloth cover with poor quality printing and no installation hardware - other than 6 cheap plastic clips as described by other reviews These are totally useless and are the type of clips used to put small picture hooks up on plasterboard walls This company is obviously a ripoff scam and when I just tried to go to their website to compare what I had delivered with the product on the website I found they don t even have it listed at all - it s as if this was never there Avoid this company at all costs

Scammers I ordered a Christmas garage door banner on 10 24 2023 and was informed its a two week delivery to my home It s now December 5 but I ve not received anything yet Tracking info says out arrived in Fairbanks Alaska on 11 20 2023 from Italy and is in USA with unknown delivery date and unknown carrier Maybe someone is walking the item cross country to me Service line is useless Email to service is useless If this is a real company they blow Do not order from this scam

Ordered a Christmas garage door banner
Order a Garage Door cover on 11 05 2023 from Free-Giant after seeing there Ad on Facebook They said the product would ship within 7-12 days On 11 29 I email them about the status of my order and I get a reply the shipping agent confirmed that your order is still in transit I have asked for a tracking number and got no response This is just a big scam don t buy from this company

I ordered the garage door christmas banner on 10 27 23 Just received it yesterday 12 18 23 Very disappointed in the hardware instructions - there wasn t any just 6 plastic nail things not the hardware they advertise in their video No response from customer service

SO DISGUSTED
Just like most on here I ordered the Christmas garage door decoration on November 11th and I still have not received it and it s December 18th How sad my Mother was looking forward to this decoration for the garage door This company is a SCAM and forget about reaching any kind of customer service So disgusting

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM NOTHING BUT A SCAM Placed order Nov 2 was to ship 1-2 days never received email confirmation with tracking number Numerous emails attempts to contact company all you get is a STUPID computer generated message and then they stop answering They don t even deserve a 1 star review - absolute garbage company - no customer service whatsoever but sure damn quick to take your money and leave you with no product to show STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Company misrepresents items and will not admit or correct it Basically you end up with something that is not what you expect or intended it for I ordered garage door decoration and received large linen canvas with 6 concrete nails to hang on stucco or concrete wall AND TOOK ALMOST 5 WEEKS TO RECEIVE

Stay away from this company Their cancelation policy is terrible Policy stated order can be cancel before shipped out from their warehouse I was able to reached out to their customer service shortly after order was replaced by mistake like mins after They said it s too late to cancel At this point that point I figured this INCKWP CO LTD is a scam
