I suspect this company of sniping
I suspect this company of sniping domain registrations from companies who s domains are near due for renewal by sending a renewal email that subtly offers to switch registration to them and not renew with the existing registrar This needs more investigation as it seems to be a legit service but using shady marketing practices They need to be more upfront about what they are offering

Manipulative and Exploitative
I got a letter that is a blatantly and intentionally deceptive and manipulative They send a very official-looking letter claiming renewal is required to keep your domain rights and now is the time to renew by transferring your domain and paying an exorbitant sum They mention needing to renew by the expiration date which they fabricate as the one given was at least a year before mine expires It all is intended to create an artificial sense of urgency and appears to be saying your domain is about to expire renew now to prevent losing it They do give some disclaimers that you don t need to renew with them but they draw attention to everything but that and anyone skimming this on a busy schedule won t pick up on it The highly manipulative design combined with exorbitant prices makes this a scam

Contacted the on the website for clarification on an Expiration Notice I received in the mail The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and insulted my intelligence He didn t even try to answer any of my questions We will never do business with this company

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke I called to get a refund as i don t use there service and payment was made to them in error I received a rude lecture on how to describe my reason to ask for refund I as a business will NEVER use there services and recommend the same
