Dishonest packaging

I was excited to read the claims of the excema creme- but I only saw minimal improvements more like a thick moisturizer The other issue no one has mentioned is the packaging The smaller container ran out quickly which seemed odd for the size of the plastic tube it s in So when it ran out I cut into the container to try and remove the last bit- to my shock the entire bottom was empty and dry which means the only part that you re buying is the very top part-which is above the gladskin lettering 1 7 oz is not even 1 4 cup and for 35 I think it s a grave mis-representation It appears you d get the entire tube right But no only the tippy top is filled with product Same for larger 55 for about 1 3 cup Sneaky I don t like that at all They should have an open jar that allows you to see the amount of product and then decide if you want to pay that price

Mad Skin

Used as directed for a couple weeks didn t make a difference Instead I believe because of this product after I used an ice pack on the area that had the cream my rash became inflamed like a mosquito bite the size of my hand 5 To make matters worse I was left with a water blister that popped scabbed Disaster to say the least Don t bother It really does just come down to lifestyle e g diet limit stress etc Coconut oil actually helps as well for the fraction of the price I wish I could get my money back No wonder they don t guarantee your money back

Didn t work for me at all

I decided to write a review here as the reviews on their website look a bit suspicious There is no field for your name or email there And when I submitted my review I didn t receive any confirmation Nevertheless all the reviews there are published with a name attached Just saying I bought a gel a daily wash and a cream Nearly 2 months on eczema on my face is even worse The skin is even drier than before and it cracks I was very hopeful when I read other reviews on their website but it didn t work for me at all

Product contains bacteria and should be shipped under proper conditions to control the temperature This made our baby WORSE Would not buy again To the company s reply No one said it contains probiotics but Staphylococcus is bacteria

Beware - bad reaction to product bad customer service

I had high hopes for the Gladskin Roscea cream having suffered with Acne Rosacea on and off for the last five years I bought it along with the acne gel the face wash and scrub but unfortunately after just one use my skin flared up really badly I used the face wash and the Roascea cream on the first night but by the morning I had developed irritated skin across on my forehead and itchy red dematitis welts in the creases my neck It was very sore and I had to use a hydrocortisone cream to calm my skin back down Most disappointingly I emailed Gladskin about this and even sent pictures of my skin reaction but have had absolutely no response from them I m guessing this was a painful expensive mistake
