Global travel international sucks
Found company GTI out of Maitland Fl through trusted web search site for cruises as lowest price quoted By using GTI you are automatically enrolled in their travel club for 1 Called and said we re not interested in travel club They told us travel club could not be cancelled until after cruise After cruise made several calls to make sure was cancelled and were assured it was Year later Visa charged 99 for travel club renewal we did not want or use and thought was cancelled Called and was told cancelling now but would not refund 99 back Contested through Visa and eventually got it back This company gives lowball cruise bids to trick customers into joining their travel club in hopes they don t notice when they bill for it a year later They are very sneaky as they do not send anything that would alert you to what they are doing and could be used against them There was no contact from them during that year just a bill hidden in our Visa They should be based out of Samala

Membership is a scam
I ve tried to cancel numerous times and the one good thing GTI is good at is avoiding contact Emails not responded to phone calls not responded to but I get charged a membership fee but never intended on becoming a member

Scam I have several commiss that i haven t been paid for I requested a new id card 5x after mine expired I still haven t received it but they made sure to charge my cc 199 00 Automatically They say they are going to loom into every thing but it never happens No one ever calls you or e-mails you back

I signed up for the renewal after one
I signed up for the renewal after one year promo for 99 Well for the one year promo plus the 99 membership yr as of today 2years in I have NOT been able to get into my account to schedule any vacations for me my family or friends I have tried multiple times to call or email to have this corrected and nothing has changed I asked for a refund over 2mos ago and have yet to hear back from them NEVER again and will also share this with everybody I know

I was charged 2 month after they said my renewal date was said I was unable to get my money back Now I can t even log in my account is deactivated Called several times I was told someone would call me back to helpe log back in nope not as of yet Then was told I ll get 100 off hotel stay still nothing I will not be renewing my membership next at all

Poor customer service- it s just a rip off
They pick up the calls right away when they want a sale Customer service is very poor Increase membership fees 100 the following year and when i wanted to cancel they ignored me and charged my card anyway Even after speaking to a rep and sending emails it is ridiculous I will not recomnend this to a friend

Independent Travel Agent with this company
I recently became a travel agent with this company and I will not be renewing my membership The hold time is terrible for customer service and after you hold for 30 minutes the phone hangs up which you have call and ask for another department to transfer you to existing members In addition I have yet to receive any of my commission on any of my bookings that I have booked over 6 months ago In all honesty I read the reviews before I signed up but the reviews were 50 50 so I decided to give them a chance What a mistake They only care about pitching you different levels which make you spend more money

Dont know what has changed with this
Dont know what has changed with this company but my dad loved them before he died and I decided to keep it going but their customer service has gotten really terrible not sure if its because I don t do the numbers he did or what but I have had three groups decide to book elsewhere because of the amount of time it takes for me to even get group pricing
