Pretty much the same scenario

Pretty much the same scenario imaginary in stock van promised 2 weeks now 4 We have a registration number but vague comments are it is stuck in the port we are awaiting updates from the dealer Very vague responses and refuse to be specific Emails not being responded to now either Very disappointing

Another week passes No news on when an in stock van is even going to be with the delivery team dealer Contact me for refund of funds immediately Manufacturer s fault Not good enoughI hope some of these other reviews actually have something to show for the quick hand over of money to reserve Joke

comment underneath from Globalvans says a manger will call me Still nothing Ordered a van with a delivery date of potentially 3 weeks Paid 650 Waited for 3 weeks and got some made up stories Waited another two weeks tried to call and email and got ignored Finally got a call back 5 weeks after ordering to be told sorry that van doesn t exist then admitted they ignored because they thought they could solve the problem I have emailed Andrew Hurst the MD Let s see if he s impressed with their customer service Now have no van and I m 5 weeks down the line with a new employee starting Monday with nothing to drive Couldn t make that up if I tried Disgusting company Don t be fooled by the huge effort they make at the beginning people They wait for you to pay your money and then they disappear

a right royal rip-of - con men and wasters - invent fees to steal you re deposit when it goes wrong - not worth dealing with if you lot want to review this then my ref no is Q93740357 RUBBISH-the van in question was ordered and doc s signed-the van was never delivered to the dealer and no reg no was ever given-it was cancelled before any of that happened for a very personal medical reason-i would have thought that under those circumstances it could have easily been cancelled and the rip of fees you rabble dream up-which just seem to match the initial holding deposit-could have not been charged

Scammers at its best

Please guys make sure you dont deal with this company They will ask for deposit and will never give you back Three sales persons Names Connor Lester Robert Prideaux and a woman called Zoe Wilmort scam in a day light and robbery Do not pay any deposit in anyway of circumstances or its gone forever You will never get it back The team seating there are supporting them all the way They will say we give you services and terms of finance you get s nothing and you will be charged for the s scam services of Global Van I tried to reach the team manager and official to report these scammers but no success I tried to complaint numerous emails and calls but there is no officials that can take complaints My next step is to report them to FCA and Financial Ombudsman

Very expensive lease van prices

Very expensive lease van prices Tried to shove a parking ticket that was issued before I took ownership Pays fines quickly before giving you an opportunity to pay the original fine amount and add their own handling fees I don t recommend them at all

Not trustworthy

Day 28 still waiting for our van to be deliveredFollow up review so after a series of phone calls and emails received 2 calls last week Wed 14th June assuring me I would receive a call from deliveries Interestingly the person in question was out of the office until Monday 19th June Again communication isn t their strong point My husband has waited 5 weeks to be told he will be give a delivery date within 5 days Hopefully a delivery date will be provided by Friday 23rd June

Avoid as plague

Avoid as plague I had delivery date for 28 06 24 I contact them today morning to confirm my delivery and they said is no issue with it and my vehicle will be with me today was waiting until 3pm nobody call me to confirm what time delivery gonna be I call them again and they say than there is a problem with my delivery and my vehicle will be delivered Monday afternoon Im away from Monday and can t wait and sing in for They put me in situation that I can t work

I ve just had a text message from global asking if I would recommend them to a friend or family for 250 answer is I had a horrendous experience with them and wouldn t recommend anyone to buy a bike from them never mid a van fed constant lies from start to finish use other van companies you ve been warned im still waiting over 6 months later for a logbook off these cowboys avoid these amateurs

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service Took 4 weeks from signing the contract for the finance company to get in touch to arrange delivery for an in stock vehicle which should have arrived as promised within 10-12 days The staff did not respond to calls and emails Poor communication Do NOT use this company
