Good but Beware there s lots of issues
Great van love it perfect in every way and Justin was perfect ordering the van and taking the 500 deposit and very was perfect till this point then you get past to admin and wow what a load of agro every time you call it s takes days to get an answers off them nothing was simple and all was very stressful from global even paying my Vat deposit they made every excuse and avoided every call just for me trying to get a receipt of sale for the van I kept asking and asking they told me the finance company gives it to me I then phoned the finance up and they said no you should get it from global as that s where you brought it from so phoned global back by this point they are getting annoyed and angry at me asking for it which I don t get Lucky for me I got through to Sam and she said no problem I ll get it for you by tomorrow true to her word there it was I couldn t understand what the other girls problems were but at every point it was like this When was the van coming Avoid calls emails and was days upon days to come back to you like it was done on purpose What s the reg of the new van Same thing happened again Can I have a receipt Same happened again I must have phoned this company over 100 times and yea wow it s unreal even the manager Jordan got annoyed and angry cos I phoned him and asked then to top it off the van was delivered and the screen was cracked I was like here we go again but lucky enough Chelsea sorted it with no agro So if you do buy from here use Justin to order it then use Sam to do paper work and then Chelsea if there s any problems other than that avoid the other people in admin at all cost not sure what s happening at the company but it wasn t like this when I order the other van but I deffo won t be returning after this performance from the team at global just a shame the manager can t get off his a e and ring some of his customers to make sure they happy and do spot checks
