Good but Beware there s lots of issues

Great van love it perfect in every way and Justin was perfect ordering the van and taking the 500 deposit and very was perfect till this point then you get past to admin and wow what a load of agro every time you call it s takes days to get an answers off them nothing was simple and all was very stressful from global even paying my Vat deposit they made every excuse and avoided every call just for me trying to get a receipt of sale for the van I kept asking and asking they told me the finance company gives it to me I then phoned the finance up and they said no you should get it from global as that s where you brought it from so phoned global back by this point they are getting annoyed and angry at me asking for it which I don t get Lucky for me I got through to Sam and she said no problem I ll get it for you by tomorrow true to her word there it was I couldn t understand what the other girls problems were but at every point it was like this When was the van coming Avoid calls emails and was days upon days to come back to you like it was done on purpose What s the reg of the new van Same thing happened again Can I have a receipt Same happened again I must have phoned this company over 100 times and yea wow it s unreal even the manager Jordan got annoyed and angry cos I phoned him and asked then to top it off the van was delivered and the screen was cracked I was like here we go again but lucky enough Chelsea sorted it with no agro So if you do buy from here use Justin to order it then use Sam to do paper work and then Chelsea if there s any problems other than that avoid the other people in admin at all cost not sure what s happening at the company but it wasn t like this when I order the other van but I deffo won t be returning after this performance from the team at global just a shame the manager can t get off his a e and ring some of his customers to make sure they happy and do spot checks

Stuart Meale handed our van

Stuart Meale handed our van acquisition He was helpful polite and informative at the start However he promised us the vehicle we were interested in was held IN STOCK by Global Vans themselves as we had been stung by lease companies before and only wanted to source from someone that physically had the vehicle in their lot He promised they had their own stock and could offer a very prompt delivery date After signing up it became clear he had lied and not only do global vans not hold their own stock but exactly as we had hoped to avoid we were left waiting weeks for the promised vehicle to be delivered It was only after the intervention of his colleague after Stuart had gone off sick that the vehicle delivery was expedited

Pre-sale Perfect Post-sale AWFUL

Pre-sale - perfect Post sale - SHOCKING Communication is awful quik to want info from you but dont reply to emails always promsie to phone you back and never do Its been nearly 3 months and still no van constantly being delayed one excuse after another Didn t even tell me the van was delayed overseas and wasn t even in the UK finally got a delivery date after the second delay and now there s another delay with no date of when it going to be delivered At this point I wish id gone with another dealer even if it cost more because this 3 month wait for a van has cost me thousands in business

Great van and delivery could improve on communications

Great service at the start Once i agreed to purchased they seemed less interested Online states in stock when the truth is it isnt in stock at all and is on a boat at sea somewhere Long wait delivery once arrived was great Van was full explained by the delivery driver brilliant Some contact issues Hard to get hold of at times via email and phone maybe Covid related

Excellent service if you can reach someone

Jamie was fantastic knowledgeable made an effort to understand our needs and made sure the process for leasing the van was clear If the rating was for Jamie it would be 5 star however I was frustrated by the Global Vans automated answering service I never got through when I was instigating the call and was often stuck in automated queues that I never got through on and with no call backs after leaving details

Hi this is Janice Cousins again regarding the vehicle for my husband it has now been another 2 weeks and we are still waiting for a delivery date does anyone know where our van is The van is under the name of Graham Cousins order placed on the 3rd June
