AVOID - we ordered two vans from this company Both turned up dirty damaged and missing ply lining It has taken months to get the issues resolved The radio broke in one of the vans months after delivery which they then state they are not liable for fixing They expect you to source a courtesy van and pay for it offering a minimal compensation Resolving the issues has taken months and they make it seem like its your fault No form of compensation Although it is Global Van s legal obligation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to deal with issues they try to push everything onto the dealership Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere

Horrible experiance with globalvansNeeded a van fast and they promised me it can be doneFirst they told me 7-10 working day and i paid a hidden cost of 630 only told about this at the last second 3 Days after paying they told me van will be delivered in 3 weeks they lied just to get the sale I canceled that same day and they charged me 630 and they delivered the van all the way to my house even thou i canceled 3 weeks ago Then they charged me again im 1260 down Have to sit around a call and fight with people to get my money back all i got from globel vans is drama and issuesIf they treat me this way think what you gonna go throw if something goes wrong with your orderTried to get ahold of them they ignore you and say they will call you back never doStay far far way very unprofessional

Avoid with all costs

Avoid with all costs dont except anything on delivery your not happy with they will back track Even if its a dirty van its probably hiding faults and issues you cant immediately see And there cancellation policy is possibly making them more money than actually supplying vans they try to get you to cancel but read the small print about that if your having second thoughts don t even try them

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service Zero communication No updates on order and only communicate when they want paperwork signed or you threaten to pull the plug on the deal Still no communication on delivery even tho vehicle is at the dealer as we speak

PLEASE avoid this company Absolutely disgraceful Supposed to have the van beginning of may Given a delivery date and then nothing emailed called to try and get some communication and a response To then get constant lies of the next delivery date Well we are now on the definite delivery day and nothing My partner is self employed and has been relying on this van to arrive this has now caused loss of earnings affected his mental health and loss of clients This will be taken further Disgusting Avoid like the plague Worst customer service we ve ever known and extremely untrustworthy

Price match promise Not exactly

They have advertised price match promise 110 on any like for like Spent over a week jumping through hoops for globalvans sending several quotes over what they were requesting from other competitors to prove which they were like for like quotes which they were for globalvans too turn around and say go with them as we won t honour the price match guarantee very very disappointing and false advertisement I would avoid these as it just feels like click bait and have no intention of actually price matching just excuse after excuse why they cant multiple vehicle contract will be taken elsewhere

Didn t deliver on agreed time frame and refused to pay deposit back after failing to clients need which had cost on work commitments Would not recommend using this company complete lack of integrity failing to provide the service ignoring call when been chased Untrustworthy company to useCancellation fee shouldn t apply if you fail to deliver on the request time from the client when say you could guarantee that date

Started off well customer support afterwards very poor

Initially Global Vans was excellent when acquiring the vans and I had no issues Very helpful and sorted out our vans very quickly Since having issues with the vans the customer support has been extremely poor I was told the vans needed to drive 20 miles at a constant speed regularly for the DPF and this was the reason for the constant breakdowns I was also told that this was my fault and I should take it up elsewhere When I replied saying that I had proof that every van was doing this regularly all vans are tracked and so this can t be the reason I was ignored and never received a reply Get the feeling that they do not care once they have done their initial job It s a real shame as the staff who organised the vans were great but the customer relations team couldn t care less Will never use again based on this Reading other reviews it seems I am not the only one

Shocking after sales experience

Up until all monies handed over and van ordered Grant Tucker Sales Manager and Euan Tennant Sales advisor were continually chasing everything and in contact with us Delivery date advised by Global via e mail and phone as 8th Jan 2025 so being self employed took a day off as not sure if delivery was am or pm apparently advised 1hr before by logistics delivery company Waited until 3 pm and rang Euan as not heard anything He was most unhelpful and said he couldn t call dealer for an update only e mail them said he would come back if he heard anything Put a call in to Grant Sales Manager asked for a call back Nothing forthcoming Rang again at 5 30pm as delivery Co only work 8am - 6pm Told by Euan it was still on the system as today delivery no attempt to try and find anything out No delivery on the 8th Wrote an e mail to Grant Sales Manager that evening asking for a call back to discuss next morning Guess what no response via e mail or even a courtesy call Tried to call him 3 times on 9th promised a call back and nothing Eventually the logistics delivery company rang on the 9th am and advised van delivery would be around lunchtime They further advised that the van was not on their system for delivery on 8th There is a serious training need here in Customer service as in this instance there wasn t any And still as I write there has been no response Absolutely shocking

Atrocious customer service and this is me just making enquiries In a way I m grateful its happened before the purchase imagine if i bought something and had a problem Then a manager calls me and showed little care either Its hilarious In a trump world i guess this is how things are going to be Will still submit a complaint to the FCA
