Really bad I ve been charged Vat twice European Vat UK VAT When I contacted them they said it was normal to pay 2 Vats After a few email explaining that they should refund me the European VAT they processed the refund as a gesture of goodwill as I was meant to thank them for respecting the law After 2 days I noticed that the change date function was not setup correctly My watch has a ghost date window so you can t see the date on the dial however is quite annoying to hear the change date click at 5 pm instead of midnight When I told them about the issue they said it was normal and I should pay the shipping to their repair centre in case I decide to fix the issue Very bad experience I bought 2 Glycine watches and I don t think I would buy a third one in the future Customer service just replied answering at something totally different They are referring to import taxes while I am talking about VAT They were not going to refund me the EU VAT I had to request the refund About resolving the date change issue they are talking avout moving the hour hand 12 hours forward which means changing the time from 5 pm to 5 am The issue is that the date changes at 5 and not 12 Such an awful customer service They don t even read carefully your comments
