They think they re smart If you want to do Black Friday discount everything

Misleading offers on overpriced products that perpetually offer a discount Sometimes like in Black friday the managers of the EU site randomly make additional offers further deceiving those who have already purchased previously the same item and not giving him the opportunity to buy a different one with discounts This is an unfair bidding technique I have reported it to the relevant authorities in my country

worst experiece with an online shop and I can say that I have tryed 2 times to buy from them the carrier Fed EX wich they use it s just a joke the watch never arrive to destination you can leave your hopes 2 watch bought every time I struggle days and lose hours trying to contact the carrier to know where they are

Still have not received watch

Still have not received watch Watch did not ship as website indicated it would if I order by 1 00 CET I have no idea if I will receive watch and am anticipating a credit card dispute Very disappointed Was meant as a birthday gift that is now long past

Pay attention when you buy if you want to return it be ready to pay for it

Customer need to bear return costs despite it is not specified anywhere on the website Return polices are deliberately kept very vague so that they can claim returns are for free but then let the customer pay for it I think it is the only watch brand that decide to penalize the customer experience over saving few euros of shipping fees if they are happy with that fine I will keep purchasing my watches from brands way more customer focused

Disappointed

The watch is poor quality for the price When I opened it i immediately regretted it This was made worse by the return policy which required me to ship it back to the company at an enormous cost I typically try to order from the manufacturer to help their margins and here I paid the price Regrets

A Swiss watch with a history located in Biel but shipped from the Netherlands Disappointing quality When returning the watch I still had to pay for the return shipping fees and on top of that the customs clearance charges which I couldn t recover Customer service response We can t do anything for you Sad experience I do not recommend it For the price go with Mido Certina or Tissot instead

description is misleading and there s no chance to get a free change So since the prices are the same I suggest to buy un Amazon where returns are easy and free And since I discovered that on Amazon there s the same procedure I strongly suggest to visit a real store to check and control in person before to buy

I paid 60 for a band that was not able to be attached to the watch they sent without taking it to a jeweler for new pins It seems they should have realized to include the pins that were necessary for the watch they sent
