Avoid At All Costs
I just received an email from this shameless company telling me that my account has been inactive for 12 months and therefore they would be charging me 2 for inactivity and other subsequent fees Can you imagine that in 2021 some companies such as Razer still try to scam people in such way I used to buy a lot of Razer gold and spent well over 500 on game top-ups and for them to try to charge me an inactivity fee is disgraceful You should be ashamed of yourselves That s not how to treat customers I just deleted my account and never using their services again Avoid at all costs even if that means paying more elsewhere

Scam
I was billed 60 through my phone bill for razer gold purchase which i did not make Customer servicer officer was not helpful and could only advise me to make police report Why would i do that for 60 They were supposed to send me email me but i never received that No help whatsoever Till today i don t really know how it happened as i did not open the sms But my student s phone had been hacked and i was communicating with the scammer through WhatsApp until i found out my student did not change her number and tbis person i communicated with was not her I deleted sms and whatsapp immediately Then i received the bill eith 60 for razer gold purchase

There s nothing really good about Razer
There s nothing really good about Razer at the moment- absurd prices and questionable quality of the Razer products like mice keyboards headphones- few places to spend zGold- zGold zSilver don t work properly sometimes transaction fail and the balance is not kept up-to-date- zSilver are a pain to gather and they expire so you can never get enough to redeem decent rewards unless you are willing to spend an absurd amount of money in a short time- most of the zSilver rewards are out of stock but you won t know that until you gather enough zSilver and attempt to redeem them- support with a few exceptions is useless and a time consuming- the game store was pretty decent but they somehow managed to mess is up and close it

Its insane to get scammed by a company
Its insane to get scammed by a company as large and well known as this but it just happened Bought an apex legend gift card through their razer gold program Pin they sent me was invalid Contacted customer support and after 5 days they respond and say try and re enter the code and thats all the help they can offer and they close the ticket Out a hundred dollars

Bad customer service Awful experience
Their razor gold currency is so bad They cant protect their customer to fix simple transactions Now many scammers use this currency and abuse it I asked their customer service to simply cancel the unauthorized transaction and give me back the credit I gave them the proof that I purchased the credits but their support simply chose and supported the scammer and didnt help me get my credit back Awful experience

Badest Support i ever seen
Razers Support is the Badest Support i ever saw I wanted to buy a Razer Global pin so i reload 50 Dollar on my Razer Gold account after that i could not find the Product in there store i write the support 3 days after came a message that they dont sell this anymore i should try E-Wallet from Razer without any Explain or Help what the Hell is Razer E-Wallet - - it continue withe writing about 6 Tickets all 3 Days its coming 1 Answer with 1 Sentences what dont help my in any kind of way this Mafia Holding no my 50 dollars even that i write a Ticket before 2 Weaks taht i want back my Money until today no Responding

It costs more than just to buy ingame
It costs more than just to buy ingame however with some bonuses I calculated that it would be worth it The code did not work even though I put it in after submitting a ticket to get it sorted they never helped just stating it was not inserted Obviously it was inserted but something technical went wrong maybe your server didn t receive it or my browser bugged

It s a Scam
I bought razer gold in order to use it for an ingame event of a company that cooperates with razer Only after having paid I noticed that Razer is incapable of fulfilling the services for which they took that money Now I have Razer Gold worth 150 and cant do anything They won t refund either despite the fact that it s technical problems on Razer s side which is the cause why the transaction wont work Support isn t a support at all All they do is write a pre-generated wall of text about how sorry they are then claim everything works fine it apparently doesnt and close the ticket In my book offering services that you cannot provide once you received the money but refusing to refund it either is a scam

Unethical promotion balance practices
I opened an account here for a promotion which gave me a measly balance that could not be used to purchase anything at all within the website Today I find out that they are charging inactive and dormant fees to my account because I did not use their meaningless platform I suppose this whole promotion setup was just an elaborate extortion scheme to try and get you to charge your balance so you don t lose any of the 3 cents the promotion gives you I would recommend avoiding Razer Gold
