Booked taxi for 530 am pick up to go to airport Taxi had not arrived by 535 so I called the company Man said he had no record of our booking I had received a text confirmation and that it wasn t his fault as he was only looking after the business for his friend who was on holiday He said he would get another driver to us asap I suggested a reduced fare which he said no to as it wasn t the drivers fault either I think it must have been our fault for booking with Golden Line in the first place new driver picked us up at 5 55 In the taxi the man called me back offering a 5 reduction We arrived at the airport 30 mins later than planned which made for a very stressful start to our holiday I have requested a significant refund but have heard nothing Very poor service
