BEWARE SCAM Order hasn t arrived in over 2 months can t access my order info

This website is a scam

This website is a scam I ordered from them but never received my order in over 4 weeks of waiting I tried to follow up with the but never received a response

Contacted the owner and no response and no refund

Contacted the owner and no response other than an automated email I have not received the order and no refund after two months Grrr

I have not received my order for 1

I have not received my order for 1 month There is no phone number When I write to the e-mail address I receive an automatic response I wanted a refund No answer was given

Ordered on July 10 2024 for a gift Never received Order confirmation said would notify about shipping soon End of July starting sending emails Sent 3 over a period of days Got an automated response never an answer as to anticipated shipping date On Sept 20th disputed charge with Amex Never received product or an answer when it would be shipped This whole transaction was scammy

Scam or most inept company ever

Ordered in May despite many many emails never heard anything apart from one reply from someone called Tina but then radio silence again So disappointing as item was a gift and completely in the dark and paid huge amount for item plus shipping
