Fraud

I ordered a past pack as well as an art club subscription that both have not arrived despite and giving Grabie enough time to charge me for a SECOND art club box when I haven t even received the first box I tried contacting service thru email 3 times they have not responded and I even got a error message the first few time I have now canceled my subscription

To say I was disappointed is an understatement I just received a bunch of stickers Not the beautiful container that they show in the ad

Never received item This order was sent to the wrong place and costumer service was very poor They expected for me to chase down the item to an unknown address at least 45 minute ride away Very poor service

Where is my order where is the customer service

Ordered a water color set several days ago was charged 15 for shipping and as far as I know my order has not been shipped I have not received any contact from the company regarding my order not even a confirmation I suppose the fact that the money was swiped out of my account at the second placed my order is the only confirmation I m getting No contact number so I sent 2 emails and have not received any response whatsoever 0 customer service the funny part is this package is supposed to be sent to Oregeon not to far from San Francisco

Why so expensive

It s so expensive and glitchy it says 3 99 at one point then it says 50 sort your website out and why pay so much for such poor quality supplies it s outrageous

Overcharged and Fraud

Buyers beware I ordered an item and when it processed through my account it showed they took an extra 14 dollars more then what the receipt for the item was When I contacted customer service they refused to fix this mistake I had to turn them in to my bank as a fraud charge Watch your account when ordering as it seems they like to overcharge and steal money

DITIGAL THEFT

Just one more e-commerce platform reselling my designs in direct contravention of my terms of use and without my consent or a commercial use license There are hundreds of these resellers using drop shipping from China to their customers and for some reason they are targeting my Etsy shop and stealing me blind Sadly the people who are buying from these shops do not know they are buying stolen property and also infringing on my copyright

Terrible business-refuses to deliver product

Item delivered to a state hundreds of miles from me no apologies just rude responses and refused to refund Immediately generated a phony tracking number that to date has never shown any movement for my so-called replacement item They opted to defraud rather than deliver Had to force PayPal to intervene and refund

Super disappointed with this company

Super disappointed with this company My order still hasn t shipped and I haven t gotten an answer from their customer service team It takes a long time for their customer service to respond if they do at all I ordered a box a while ago and still nothing Their website also has contradicting info They still charge you for shipping even though their website advertises free shipping they don t ship out boxes on time even though the website says they will be shipped by a certain date and they advertise themed boxes with content that doesn t fall within the theme Had high hopes but won t be purchasing from them again

Super disappointed in this company

Super disappointed in this company it feels they are deliberately misleading people to get purchases I ordered the scrapbook box in September based on the fact they were heavily advertising the October box These were new daily ads I was getting Turns out they were advertising that box without having any intention of sending it- the get the spooky box ad was to get orders while they had every intention of sending the November box instead I contacted the company about the cheap quality pens in the box not working and they refused to address the issue They did say I could purchase other boxes from their store though
