Disappointed in Grabie Advise to shop elsewhere
I can t review the products I ordered because I have not received them yet I did email Grabie and received a response that because my item wasn t in stock at their warehouse they were shipping it from their factory in SHANGHI First I was disappointed that these items were coming from China Had I know that upfront I wouldn t have ordered Second I have no idea when my order will be arriving I did get an email that I could track but when I tried to track it said my order would be delivered on April 4 or 5th 2022 It s now 2023 Also I don t like putting in my personal information to track from China I have no idea who is getting that information Had I know there would be a long shipping time I wouldn t have ordered either I responded to the company my concerns regarding this and have not received a response As of now I have no idea when I ll get my order and had I been given information upfront I would have ordered from some other place I don t think their business practices are upfront with customers I m pretty disappointed because I would have ordered from them again had this gone smoother because they have some nice products but definitely not worth the long shipping time Too late to cancel and I can t imagine the headache a return would be
