I would give this company a 0 if that was allowed Terrible service no communication at all I have sent two emails and nonresponse I purchased a kit on 10 4 it is now 10 19 and according to the tracking its still at a shipping facility in Los Angeles Never Never going go purchase from this company again I am contacting my bank to inquire about a stop payment or refund TERRIBLE

Poor customer sevice

I would give them negative stars if I could For my first order I ordered two past kits and one scrapbook kit subscription One of the past kits did not arrive So I contacted them and that where the horror began They insisted that the order was delivered They did not want to accept that only part of the order was delivered It s been one week and I am still attempting to get them to send what I paid for I will not be ordering anything else and cancelling both subscriptions It s not worth the hassle It s too bad because their boxes are really good However their customer service is horrible

First time ordering from them

First time ordering from them I ordered the March and April one Tracking said March s would be delivered March 23rd Didn t receive it but gave it a couple of days It was in my state but never moved until the 25th when it than moved to a totally different state Contacted them with a response saying it can take up to 20 days to receive it Today I checked and USPS flagged it having counterfeit postage and I would not be receiving the package What is up with this
