Poor customer sevice

I would give them negative stars if I could For my first order I ordered two past kits and one scrapbook kit subscription One of the past kits did not arrive So I contacted them and that where the horror began They insisted that the order was delivered They did not want to accept that only part of the order was delivered It s been one week and I am still attempting to get them to send what I paid for I will not be ordering anything else and cancelling both subscriptions It s not worth the hassle It s too bad because their boxes are really good However their customer service is horrible

First time ordering from them

First time ordering from them I ordered the March and April one Tracking said March s would be delivered March 23rd Didn t receive it but gave it a couple of days It was in my state but never moved until the 25th when it than moved to a totally different state Contacted them with a response saying it can take up to 20 days to receive it Today I checked and USPS flagged it having counterfeit postage and I would not be receiving the package What is up with this

Disappointed in Grabie Advise to shop elsewhere

I can t review the products I ordered because I have not received them yet I did email Grabie and received a response that because my item wasn t in stock at their warehouse they were shipping it from their factory in SHANGHI First I was disappointed that these items were coming from China Had I know that upfront I wouldn t have ordered Second I have no idea when my order will be arriving I did get an email that I could track but when I tried to track it said my order would be delivered on April 4 or 5th 2022 It s now 2023 Also I don t like putting in my personal information to track from China I have no idea who is getting that information Had I know there would be a long shipping time I wouldn t have ordered either I responded to the company my concerns regarding this and have not received a response As of now I have no idea when I ll get my order and had I been given information upfront I would have ordered from some other place I don t think their business practices are upfront with customers I m pretty disappointed because I would have ordered from them again had this gone smoother because they have some nice products but definitely not worth the long shipping time Too late to cancel and I can t imagine the headache a return would be

I placed my order 12 days ago

I placed my order 12 days ago money was drafted from my account almost immediately According to the USPS tracking number provided my order has been sitting in Jamaica NY and has not moved I find this unacceptable and doubt I will ever order from Grabie again

Lack of communication and box was not as advertised

I purchased a past scrapbooking box and when I received it several of the items were substituted with items that do not fit in the theme I purchased the box mainly for the dragonfly die cuts and that was one of the items that was substituted Such a bummer I reached out to their service email and heard nothing I then reached out on the Contact Us form on the website and still didn t hear anything I like the items that I got that were supposed to be in the box but I m so disappointed in the items that were substituted and with the lack of communication

Terrible experience - didn t receive the packages

I put in a big order over a month ago and haven t received most of my packages Customer service has been very unhelpful the shipping tracking links they shared show no movement in the past 3 weeks and the company is not responding to my emails in a timely and useful manner This will be first and last order I ll have with them and if I don t receive my packages soon I will have to talk to my bank to get my money back as their customer service team is very unresponsive Update as of November 26 I ended up receiving the packages after all - so I am updating my review to 3 stars I wish the company has done a better job communicating shipping expectations Love the products it took over a month for me to receive them with little to no clear and useful communication
