Ordered and was charged for flatware A month later they have charged me but it still shows as unshipped and I can get get any information from support Not sure what is up with this site but I will stay away in the future

Rude Unresponsive Horrible Customer Service
I was excited to find replacement pieces on graciousstyle com for a flatware set I bought years ago I placed my order at the beginning of August and shortly after received an update that the products would be be delivered on approximately September 24 When the end of October rolled around I began an odyssey to get in touch with an actual human being at the company I received automated non-responses to my inquiries via email Calling the customer service phone number many times I was immediately disconnected Concurrently a charge for the order appeared as pending on my credit card Only when I wrote to customer service saying that I was going to report the business charge as fraudulent did I finally get a real response The response was that the order had been canceled I wrote back saying I still wanted the product but just wanted a legitimate status update In response I received the following message Sorry your order has already been cancelled Thank you again for shopping with us There are many many other reviews with similar stories about this company I think this business is a scam They have beautiful products on their website that based on the numerous other terrible reviews they don t actually deliver I highly advise against ordering anything from graciousstyle com

HORRIBLE OVERCHARGED SENT CANCELLED ORDER
I ordered nearly 1300 worth of goods Was unable to track on website with my order number email and log in I ordered 3 items 2 of which are a set I called customer service 12 16 and was told 1 3 items shipped 2 3 items wouldn t ship until after 12 31 and item 3 3 wouldn t be in until 3 31 2022 I was put on hold with customer service while agent called the vendor - I asked to cancel the 2 items that had not shipped because I didn t want to wait 3 months to get Dinner Plates while I had Salad plates I was told I could cancel Next day I am charged MORE than is on my invoice for the salad plates although they supposedly weren t in until 12 31 and I was charged almost in full but overcharged but the dinner plates although just 3 shipped I was told I could get the next 5 in MARCH Bernadette the customer service rep told me Gracious Style was not responsible for giving me incorrect in stock date or telling me that the plates hadn t shipped even though I have emails noting my calls and saying I could cancel So I have to chase down the overcharges with my credit card deal with inconvenience of returns for order I cancelled verified in writing by their agent and for a partially sent order that cannot be filled until March 2022 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-I woke up to 6 charges on my credit card charge then subtract 2 overcharges that do not match my invoice MESS

Absolutely ridiculous policy of NO CANCELLATIONS on orders I submitted an order only to learn that it will take 5 months to fulfill In what world is that reasonable with a no-cancel policy and no advance notice of extended fulfillment situation

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company I ordered a tablecloth from them but they sent me the wrong one In order to get the correct one I had to send them a photo of the wrong item and then they would supposedly contact their warehouse which would eventually send me a return label It has been days since I started the process and nothing has happened yet I can t believe they get away with this Not sure I will ever get the correct tablecloth at this point and will be stuck with one I don t want

Awful service from Gracious Style
Judging by the other reviews I can see that everyone else has also suffered an awful experience and service from Gracious Style Trust me they call themselves Gracious They don t know the meaning of the word As follows 1 They sent the wrong flatware even though it was perfectly clear what I required from the name of the item I ordered and the picture of the product on the order page Pure stupidity 2 The customer service agent refuses to put a name on their email correspondences so you never know who you are dealing with 3 Their website refuses to recognise my order so I cannot arrange to send back and arrange a replacement Summary - I have sent them an email and have yet to find out whether I will receive their legendary bad service in resolving this situation One thing is clear this company including management don t care about their customers Save yourself the grief shop somewhere else

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE - ABSOLUTE SCAM I ordered a set of 400 glasses as a thank you present I paid what I thought was 55 extra for expedited shipping I received them smashed in bits emailed the company EIGHT times with photos included with no reply Only after saying I would file a fraudulent claim with my credit card and leave a negative review was I replied to immediately saying that they had no record of me trying to contact them and only after I sent another 10 photos would they resolve the situation Please note I included photos of the packaging and broken glass in all my previous emails I also got another charge on my card 7 days after the damaged package was delivered for 63 47 - FRAUD PLEASE buy from somewhere else this company sells nothing unique only other companies items that you can purchase directly through their site - I wish I had done this and would never shop with them again

Poor quality and bad customer service
I purchased a nightstand from graciousstyle com and the veneer started peeling off in one corner after only a month and a half It caught on my pocket as I sat down and a corner of the veneer broke off I contacted them about this manufacturing quality issue and they decided that it s not their fault that they sold me a product that was defective They do not stand by the quality of their products

Wrong order delivered and no solution in sight
Ordered 3 bookcases here over a different company with the same product Wish I had chosen differently My order came and it was all wrong They gave me things I didn t order and didn t give me all of the things that I actually DID order Customer service is only available through email and they answer relatively quickly but don t actually provide a solution or specific information Rather a generic thank you for your patience we are working on it It s been over 2 weeks and I still don t know if I will ever get my original order and yet I paid in full for it I don t know what else to do I do not recommended this place
