Slow unprofessional customer service
Update On March 19 they said they would refund me for the items and that I would have the fund in 2-3 days It s March 29 and I do not have the refund yet I placed an order on January 8 that included two small glass jars with cork lids The order arrived on January 22 and the two cork lids were not included I immediately wrote to Granit to let them know I contacted them again on January 27 February 6 19 I also wrote to them on Instagram No response I then made a comment under an Instagram post and that finally got a response from the social media team Then I finally got a response to my email on February 26 one month after I sent it This email said Hi Rachel We re sorry for this late reply We re sad to hear of this I ve looked at the order and It seems to have been a mistake when sending out the order We re gonna look into this further Would you like to receive a refund for the products or would you like for us to send out 2 new ones Please answer to this E-mail and we ll help you further immediately Best regards Victor I wrote back within 2 hours saying that I d like both a refund and a replacement I received an answer today 12 days later that I cannot have both This company took my money and then did not give me what I paid for Then they stole my time by forcing me to deal with this for two months The responses when the finally came were not professional I am appalled by this customer service and I will not shop from Granit again even though I really love their stuff I can t support a business that treats customers so poorly What an utter disappointment

Paid order never receiver no customer service no refund
I made an order from their webshop in March and paid it with Klarna frim my bank account very stupid of me I haven t received my order Granit customer service hasn t replied my e-mails and Klarna says they are unable to do anything and refuse to return my money because Granit should be the making the request Fair enough but it s been nearly two months since I made and paid my order Never gonna step my foot again in their stores either I consider them a fraud

I placed an order two weeks ago nothing has been shipped yet Customer service does not respond to emails they are to be reported this is a theft I have just read all the reviews and put my hands in my hair I will never shop online again nor will I buy in Granit stores

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
I ordered two items mid November After two weeks I contacted customer service who replied yet another week later that my order had gotten stuck on the way and therefore could be sent to me During this time the item was sold out so they just replied that I was unable to order the product again Disaster

No customer service no answers to complaints
Customer service is practically non-existent Some of the items I ordered online were missing parts I have tried to contact this company several times via their customer service link and via email I never received a single response Unfortunately for the fairly small amount it s not worth claiming a cross-country legal right which is probably what they re speculating on My recommendation do not buy here

No focus on you as a customer
I ordered goods online in mid April incl home delivery When it arrived 2 of the goods were broken and a third one had a missing part I emailed GRANIT and asked for new goods replacing the old ones - I also asked for them to handle the return of the broken goods I got the reply that I could chose from a refund or new goods - the broken parts were left with me to handle I had to drive to the recycling station with their broken goods The Customer service then ordered the goods to a DHL collect point - instead of home to me as I had paid for When I wrote them they said I had the choice to either go by car and pick it up and they would charge me for a collection point delivery - OR that I could wait so that the goods would be returned and they could place the order again this time with home delivery I replyed and said that I shouldn t be punished by their own misstakes - so if they could place a new order with home delivery NOW instead I wouldn t need to wait for the DHL delivery to go in return to them They haven t answered my question during the last 5 days Another solution I suggested yesterday was also to cancel the order - and place a new one with home delivery - No answer on that email either Worst customer service EVER withy NO focus on Customer satisfaction - and NO intention of making me a happy customer

Granit wants your money
Let s be honest Granit you are a mess in Germany You send frames totally inefficiently packed I m receiving my second set of broken frames so I must say you also don t give an F about the environment either I received my packages with a provider called Bring and I how no clue how to return this because there s no information about this on the return slip nor on your website What the hell is Bring No one know is here so why don t you inform your customers Also no return on my recent e-mail after 3 days Let s be honest you are just another cash-grab company selling well-selected Chinese products but you don t care about anything else but money Very sad

Do they even have customer service
Lovely products seemingly non-existent customer service I returned two items to the shop in Hornstull three weeks ago and I m still waiting for the refund or for any response I ve contacted the customer service twice for an update haven t heard from them yet I understand that the Christmas season is busy but after such a long time it s just bad customer service
