Our order had items missing Ordered multiple items It has very bad quality of vegetable and 1 packet of flour was torn ruining every other item Very bad experience

Most tiring chasing around for a parcel than was supposed to arrive a week earlier Sadly the phone is also not being answered after repeated attempts Extremely sad with the latest delivery Btw still haven t received the parcel

Most unreliable service and poor quality

There is no zero rating to give hence given 1 Never order from this site they will give you expired items or going to expire in next 2 days Items will not be delivered and they make a promise to deliver on certain date but it will never get deliver Very very frustrated with their service Never going to order again from here and I suggest for others better go to store This is unreliable service and waste of money and time

Firstly the packet was delivered and left on the roadside and not at the front door without any intimation Some fresh things and cold storage things were spoiled However after complaining they replaced the products but again the packet was left on the roadside and not at the front doorSecondly they charge shipping even at a order of more than 200 CHF It used be free over 70 chf
