Not as impressed as I had hoped to be

The original free products I thought I was getting I didn t get I think a different offer came up But I didn t get the Mrs Myers spray dish soap or hand soap that I thought I was getting Okay- fine Then the glass hand soap bottle I got won t pump I called and they are going to replace it but not until next month Not impressed so far I will give it one more month

I do love the products but need better packaging

I do love the products that they carry and the free little gifts However today I picked up my order and my heart sank The box was a complete mess smelled and felt as if something leaked This is the 2nd shipment in a row that this has happened and the same product Which is now out of stock again so I can t reorder I don t know if it s how they package it or if it s USPS I don t understand why they don t use Fedex or UPS Just a little frustrated

Constant Issues

LOVE the products but usually I can find them cheaper somewhere else since more and more stores are carrying the same products In addition it s quite often that I m missing products or something arrives damaged They ALWAYS reply quickly and make the situation right but it would be better if I didn t have to constantly contact them Also it would be nice to get free items at a much lower purchasing amount

Love the products when they are available

Love the product continually frustrated by everything that is out of stock and then back in stock for 1 day but I have meet the minimum to do ship now It d annoying If you re out of stock and come back in I should be able to place a 10 order and get the shower cleaner coffee cup wood cleaner antibacterial cleaner etc all real examples

This is an OK service

This is an OK service I used to earn free stuff all the time that justifies that 20 yearly fee but seems like they are out of products a lot now due to Covid It s easier to get what I need at the grocery store I also don t like how they automatically put things in your cart that it thinks you might need It s an extra step to go in and remove everything

First shipment was compromised and returned to shipper no communication from Grove until I contacted you 5 days later found out about problem from tracking site Elijah V acknowledged my email and said order would be reshipped No further communication or confirmation or tracking information forthcoming Shipment arrived a week later Reference email to and from Elijah V Communication is key in customer service and satisfaction

I want to love your company

I want to love your company I hate complaining about freebies but here goes I pay for the VIP membership I have had a shipment missing products I paid for I have had a couple shipments missing the freebie I had chosen This last order a completely different freebie was sent I chose laundry detergent packs and instead got laundry delicates bags Please get it together I love the products I need ordering to be more reliable

Out of Stock Is Too Often

I love the products available through Grove and the convenience of ordering and shipping them to our home however the availability of products is frustrating Almost every month several of the items I have subscribed for that month are out of stock I either have to delay the order and wait for items to come back in stock or I ship the order with items missing that I needed

I do love this service

I do love this service but I love the fact someone always writes thank you Lisa on my parcel You are quick to get everything to me Communication is good But hands down 9Times out of ten you get the order wrong I order geranium and you send me lavender TELL ME if you are out of geranium I will be ok with that Give me a choice of back up scents Don t assume I have to have lavender

I guess you were out of some of the Out of a Couple Items

I guess you were out of some of the things I ordered And a few of the items were duplicated even tripled And I did not receive ANY moist wipes this time - disinfecting or general cleansing And I could really use some A round of applause to two new products - the baking soda based cleaner and the hard floor cleaner Bravo And as always I love the bamboo paper products Well done
