Disappointing

Disappointing Customer service was good in the beginning but when needing a refund for a package that shouldn t have been sent to me got only attitude from the representative This company is a reminder why online subscriptions aren t always worth the stress and accidental taking of your money This company might be nice for some but was disappointed with my experience After a month still trying to get my money back for products I didn t order

Totally deceptive practices

Totally deceptive practices I signed up set my recurring orders for three items every six months Instead of what I asked for in six months time the very next month they sent me a box of products at 72 50 Half of which I which I would never use I will say they were responsive when I contacted them

No longer happy with Grove Collaborative

I was very happy with grove products until today I put an order through for the same soap I have been using for a year Grove citrus Castile soap It was about a dollar more a bottle but I absolutely love it Today my order came in and the soap is half the amount that I have been getting this past year for a dollar more than it cost before The bottles went from 16 ounces to 8 ounces It will be the last time I purchase anything from Grove This is not how you treat loyal customers

I received my order with a damaged

I received my order with a damaged product in it It literally looked like it had been stepped on The shipping box had NO damage so it was placed into the box damaged A few days later I opened the bleach that I had ordered and it was a USED BOTTLE Literally The bottle had no seal and the lid was not screwed on and that s why it leaked Again the delivery box was undamaged so this means it was put into the shipment this way Unbelievable

I thought this was amazing the first time I got it and I guess I should have read the fine print a little better that they re going to charge me once a month rather than assuming this was a one-time thing So a second shipment comes in okay I see it s a monthly thing I should have read the fine print But the third shipment over doubles in price I am a single parent with three kids I don t understand how it went from 45 to 105

Typically I am VERY impressed and LOVE Grove However on this latest shipment an ENTIRE bottle of Mrs Meyer s Apple Cider cleaner spilled on EVERYTHING None of the tops were secured taped as they usually are and the entire box arrived in a plastic bag as the box was so wet it fell apart Not pleased with this one

I do love environmentally friendly

I do love environmentally friendly cleaning products but I honestly have had the biggest headache with their customer service and return policy I don t have a printer and they cannot mail me a return label I also didn t mean to place this order and tried to cancel it immediately but they were unable to cancel and didn t give me a good reason I feel like I kept going in circles with customer service and they definitely do not live up to their happiness guaranteed policy

Stuck with damaged item

Just be aware if you receive anything broken that the only option you are given is to have a replacement sent with your next order Unforthnately that doesn t work if you are no longer ordering from them So you are either forced to make another order to get what you already paid for or youre out of luck and stuck with the broken item My decision to cancel now seems even more wise

My first month was terrific Loved the items and even recommended the company to many of my friends Then the following month my order arrived late Same thing happened the next month then less and less items became unavailable to purchase-to the point I can t even place an order this month Incredibly disappointed

I made my first order and a few days later was told it would take a month for it to ship A month to ship some soaps and a few other items I was then sent an email saying that due to the delay they would give me some free toilet paper However free meant I had to buy a minimum of 20 of more items to get this poorly executed and I feel like it s a scam
