Grove Collaborative Charge my card too often

I m so disappointed again I love the product this company provides a one stop shop However I requested shipments every 3rd month and budgeted for that First of all they shipped two months early and second there is enough product for the year I am having issues cancelling so I had to replace my credit card Very disappointed

I have received my first box It was quite late but the contents were as described I have responded to their welcome emails with questions about enrollment agreement and requirements They answer with non-answers Perhaps computer generated I am not ready to bail but I am trying to find out how just in case Their web page says to contact them by email to cancel but they are unresponsive so I m nervous that I have a hassle ahead of me

Will subscribe you without notice

Very opaque checkout process I bought a large order of paper and cleaning supplies to try out to decide if I wanted to subscribe I get a notification a month later that my subscription is about to process I login to find that I ve been auto-assigned almost 100 of items some I never even looked at I cancel that One month later I m about to get pinged for my VIP subscription The products were good I would have subscribed Will not buy anything from them again because I don t trust them with my credit card information

Disappointed

I love your products and have been buying and switching over to different products faithfully every month This month however everything I tried to order is out of stock Hence I can t fulfill my obligation to you I find that very disappointing One would think that a business as successful as yours would keep up with the demand

Love the products The website and APP needs help Payments are difficult to process Payment gets declined multiple times through Paypal or credit card Works on other sites CVV doesnt allow for 4 digits for AMEX cards I usually just give up Free items are not removeable from cart Would love to order more just don t know how

It s a shame that Grove has gone

It s a shame that Grove has gone downhill with customer service and with products being returned Just had my second order in three months returned to them due to damage as discovered by the shipper The first time I never even knew my box was returned I kept watching for delivery I have canceled membership after having been very happy with them previous years

I can t smell it

I just purchased the Citron White rose multi purpose cleaner from Target I can t smell it I love cleaning and having my house have a clean scent Are the other scents stronger Otherwise it seems to clean well Thank you

Lots of room for improvement

I love the business idea behind Grove co and I really wish to see any company that focuses on sustainable products be successful However Grove just gets some of the basics wrong You can t just order products like you can elsewhere You re enrolled in some form of subscription which is annoying To make matters worse their prices are often higher than at other retailers And last but not least their customer service is below par All in all lots to improve
