Excellent service quick delivery and well packed Plug plants arrived safely and ready for planting Unfortunately due to weather conditions I am unable to plant out but they are doing well in my conservatory xx

I was apprehensive about using this company for the first time However my plants were dispatched very quickly and arrived in good shape They were well rooted and had good amounts of top growth The packaging needs to be improved a little as they had slipped out of their bags but other than that I was really pleasantly surprised Good prices too

One or two plants were slightly broken but no fault of yours said on parcel handle with care so the postman dropped them through letter box was not very happy the plants are doing ok now

A dear friend lives near the shop and I wanted to send her a birthday present My main problem was that I live across the ocean and I am unfamiliar with the area I messaged the shop and without hesitation Lorna said they could help The selection of plants they had available was excellent and they arrived when promised Lorna made sure to add a note on my behalf and my friend was so very happy with the condition of the plants that she s going to seek the shop to visit it I cannot say enough good things about my experience I was hesitant of course because I live so very far away and it s always a leap of faith to shop online but I got good value for my money and -more importantly- excellent service and quality products Very pleased and very happy I highly recommend this shop and hope I can continue to send little surprises to my friend who loves gardening

This is the first time I have ordered from Growtanical and well pleased with the Petunia Super Cascade I ordered Very strong plants large flowers vibrant colours that look a treat in hanging baskets Delivery was free and the cost of the plug plants was much cheaper than what the big boys charge Excellent will be ordering again next year

Plant quality excellent compost arrived quickly too I should have ordered it at the same time but hadn t thought about it Very pleased with this company and would definitely use again

I bought quite a lot of items from Growtanical All the items arrived before the due date and were expertly packed so nothing was damaged in transit The flowers plugs and bushes were all beautifully grown and are now thriving in the garden I would recommend Growtanical to beginners through to experienced gardeners Thank you
