I recently had to contact customer support for GYMREAPERS for a rare issue of faulty clothing The service rep Kyle responded immediately and was incredibly helpful Kyle and the GR team made the exchange process seamless and left me feeling confident Before Kyle sent his final email the replacement order for the exchange item was shipped I love this company their brand their quality of goods and their work with veterans This just made me love them more and they ve earned deeper loyalty from me

I recently ordered from Gym Reapers I put the wrong address down Normally when there is an error like the one I made the company will either take weeks to fix the problem or will disregard the matter completely Gym reapers representative Wilber proved to me that not all companies are the same He replied to my email faster than I have ever experienced in my life The problem has been resolved and due to Wilber s diligent performance I am going to continue to purchase my gear from Gym Reaper thank you Wilver

I messed up when I ordered my wife some leggings and they not only emailed me within an hour but they had already fixed my mistake and were super cordial about it

Falling apart

We all hope and even expect what we order to be perfect and to last for a long time When I received my wrist wraps I was expecting the same thing Within a couple of weeks they started falling apart at the logo and velcro I contacted Gymreapers customer service and they made this bad situation right within a couple of days and I have replacements on the way Companies that care about customers show it in responsiveness and corrective action I ll continue to use a company like this that supports my goals

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate a company that stands behind their product and has amazing customer service in these times we are in I recently emailed the company about an issue with my kids belts They quickly responded to my email and had the parts shipped out that day My son and daughter are both powerlifters and are using their products Thanks Gymreapers for assisting in my daughter s record breaking State Championship using the their belt You make great equipment and a company I would highly recommend
