Had such a great experience when I was shopping in gym coffee in Mahon Point There is great discounts there and the range of clothes is fabulous The shop was spotless great music and customer service Emma served me and she was so helpful and kind

Helpful and friendly

I needed help with sizing and despite the only server on the floor being on the phone when I looked for someone she hung up and asked if I needed help Also her advice was accurate and she was very friendly and helpful

The staff members are so helpful and so warming when you enter the store They are always happy to help and extremely helpful at finding sizes in other stores if they do not have in stock exactly what you need The products are 100 in terms of quality and the wear of them is amazing For someone who lives in loungewear this brand just DOES IT RIGHT The leggings are the most BUTTERY feeling I ve ever felt I could literally sleep in them Will not confirm nor deny if I have Only love my bed and my moma and my half zip crop polar fleece I m sorry

Excellent customer service

Having called in store to browse the selection I ve difficulty finding a fit size to suit me Usually wearing a xxl not normally a good selection so I tried a xl top to guide for size IWasn t sure how it suited my shape so I asked the girl who was behind the till and she gave me her opinion which I was totally grateful and i needed the xxl but I said there wasn t any on rail and she double checked then she went out the back to get one xxl for me to try it she also followed up with can I help you with anything else I said youGot anything more xxl and sure enough out the back she went and brought me out another sweatshirt and a selection of colours and styles of t shirts definitely very helpful and and I took her opinion on how the looked Couldn t praise her highly enough friendly welcoming can do attitude made the difference to make all those purchases

I walked into Gym Coffee Liffey Valley 27th Oct 2023 and just felt a nice atmosphere in the store along with absolutely lovely clothes I was greeted with my Mam by a nice warm smile from a retail staff member named Emma She was so sweet kind and helpful She offered us many selections on clothes Gave us advice and even helped my Mam with what she wanted She made my day with how kind she was I need that positive energy off people and she showed me an amazing example of what a person in retail should act and treat customers like being kind is nothing but free She is the best Thanks Emma hope to see you again
