Genuinely shocked at all the bad reviews for the works as I was coming here to say how amazing they are I ordered some books off here and the total was 26 postage was free and arrived the next day I wanted to know how much I was saving so I looked on Amazon and they would have charged me 94 for the exact same books I really appreciate companies like this Thank you

Credit where credit is due

I m usually the first to write a complaint when things don t go well but credit where credit is due I placed an order online after not logging into my account for some years and in that time I had moved address When I placed the order through PayPal my delivery address was to my new address however once the order went through and was placed the address reverted back to my old address As I placed the order after customer services call center opening hours I couldn t call them to try and rectify the order Instead I emailed my issue to customer services straight away To my surprise I had a response within 30 minutes and my order was cancelled with a full refund on the way I honestly didn t expect to get this sorted out so easily let alone so quick Thank you so much Charlene at customer services fantastic service

We had a lovely time in the store today The Manager Kim and the store clerk Amanda were lovely and engaging They were very kind and lovely to talk to The Manger Kim even got some paper for my brother and his girlfriend so that they could keep up the tradition of writing love notes to each other We ll be coming back again Thanks for the good time
