Initially was reluctant to use Hacco however Personally have had a very positive experience with ordering Yes it takes a little longer for delivery worth the wait Quality of items so far has been excellant one of my items ordered had gone out of stock and couldnt be delivered I had been immediantly reimbursed in my bank on day of delivery
