I brought a watch for my husband last year and unfortunately the strap broke a few weeks ago - I contacted customer services and can honestly say the service has been amazing and faultless We sent back the original watch with a code they sent and we now have replacement watch - Thanks so much

Absolutely love hagley West watches bought my hubby one at the start of the year and he loved it so we decided to treat each other to a watch each for Xmas in the black Friday sale and we can t wait to open them Although shipping was late due to the influx of orders they had the customer service team were really helpful Alex kept me updated the whole time We also ordered a tshirt cap and beanie and although tim dud a reel saying they might not be hear in time for Xmas they arrived yesterday and we love them If you want beautiful watches this is the company to get them from they are great quality great customer service and the story behind it is beautiful Love your journey Tim you and your team keep up the excellent work x

Amazing company would highly recommend
Amazing company would highly recommend fantastic customer service After a recent issue the staff at hagley watches could not have helped anymore during this process and with an issue we had that was not Hagleys fault the actually ended up giving us a watch free of charge Can not recommend this company any higher been fantastic from start to finish during this process Thanks again to hagleys fantastic company

Fantastic value great quality watch
Received my watch and have to say it s absolutely stunning Lovely weight great design and excellent value It seems like it is a much more expensive watch than it is Much better quality than the usual fashion brand watches on the market It was delivered very quickly and also customer service was also excellent when I had a question prior to delivery 100 will be purchasing again
