CAUTION IF ORDERING FOR UK DELIVERYSo far not having a lot of fun with my Haix order I was very pleased to have ordered some Haix boots There are a premium brand with good quality products from what I had previously seen and from recommendations I ordered four pair two different styles in two different sizes with the intention to return the size that did not fit as good so I would be keeping two pairs unless there was something badly wrong with them UPS who are HAIXs carrier contact me to pay the duty which of course is fine and I laid it by card Only one pair has arrived with the other three pairs lost in the UPS system UPS are next to useless they are difficult to speak to offer poor customer service and are quite frankly a bunch of muppets So I contacted HAIX who just repeat what UPS say your delivery is rescheduled Five days on the trot now not good at all So the pair that have arrived do not fit and will be returned to HAIX I will have to cancel my order for the missing three pairs and HAIX will have to refund me for non delivery plus the returned pair when that all gets sorted out Now for the kick in the teeth I also have to reclaim the cost of the duty that I paid since the products will be not delivered or returned to HAIX To do so I must supply HMRC with the EORI number UPS say they don t have it contact HAIX In response HAIX say contact UPS So I am now left with a large import duty charge that I cannot reclaim Also if replacements are shipped for the missing items I will have to pay duty again not going to happen I am stuck between a rock and a hard place with no one taking responsibility If there is a problem with the refund then my card company will be instructed to perform a chargeback and I will also attempt to do this for the import duty UPS charged me since they failed to deliver the products I cannot order from HAIX again because their choice of carrier is poor and they seem unable to help me without me paying additional duty for something I have already paid duty on In addition the problems with reclaiming the import duty are not worth the hassle It is a shame as the pair I did receive seemed very good just too small But is does not matter how good the product is if the service is poor This has not been a good experience for me so far

Bought some boots 12 weeks ago and the eyelets have all snapped poor quality boot and even worse customer service they don t have the decency to reply or acknowledge emails once they have your money they don t care chainsaw boots usually last 12 months not 12 weeks - AVOID buying Haix chainsaw boots as you will need to buy some better quality ones like Arbortec scarfell lites ones

Very poor service quality
Very poor service quality Avoid them I bought 5 pair of boots in a 1 year time frame and on one of my boots i accidently made a small cut with the chainsaw on the toe rubber cap Being naive enough I believed what they are saying on their site that they offer quality service repair for their shoes including rubber toe cap replacement and rubber side band replacement for a small amount of money of course price i would have been more then willing and happy to pay I ve sent my boots to their service and they weren t even aware of the fact that my boots were standing in their service department for 6 days after that they tried to blame me that i did not write the adress clear enough I sent them trough a carrier company how could my name and adress be unclear i taped an extra piece of papper with my email and phone no inside the packege on the shoe box After they eventually found it they decided to not inform me on the way they will repair the shoes me assuming they will replace the rupper toe cap or the rubber sideband as it was cut and patch it in the most ugly unprofessional way on the total oposition with what they market on their service site furthermore they were very condescending and offered it as a gesture of goodwill altough no one asked them to give me any goodwill or favours I marely wanted to buy their repair services not treated like a begger on the street I could ve been at least informed on the way they were planing to fix my shoes because i could ve done a better job myself

I bought some boots from them and they broke within 3 months I tried to contact them to get a replacement but asked me to send them back which I can t as I need to wear something to work I tried to explain this to them but had zero response I wish that I d read the reviews on here first before purchasing I left a review on there website but looks like they only publicise what the want Never again I wouldn t be so annoyed if the boots had been cheap not 140

Ordered my boots and was told that would cost about 11 duty fee as they were coming from Germany UPS sent me an email demanding 46 which I had to pay or no boots Haix are misleading customers When I told Haix that I would post a review reflecting this they said to do it but they would edit it dreadful response

AVOID HAIX DIRECTLY
Ordered a pair of Haix pro-fighter boots whilst SHOWING IN STOCK 6-WORKING DAY DELIVERY VIA UPS Only to get one Email stating thanks for your purchase Nothing else for days so I contacted them via WhatsApp and email only to be told they DO NOT HAVE THE BOOTS IN STOCK and for them THEMSELVES to receive the boots could be up to 6 weeks but can t be sure at all Next time I will definitely avoid this company in the future with little detail on your order and untruthful advertising You re better off ordering them from eBay with a seller that already has them and pay the extra for the less stress
