I ve went on holidays 2 3 times year and never been treated like tjod

Booked with this company prior to covid constantly tried to contact them re my disability qurrinh stuff never any response them out blue gets call from an agent saying holiday needed paid as we were I middle O covid I refused and asked my previous mails has never been answered he wasn t caring about my disability his only interest was money this has went on for months now and I can assure I ll take to highest level to get my money back Not one bit of compassion or decent manners throughout conversations with this guy aoron all he did was shout and belittle me Think you need to sit back lizren to every bit of hassle this guys given me causinge to have to go get medication for anxiety

Holiday cancellation due to sudden family death Halo pretend to be all great but they just want your money I had a sudden death of my father 6 weeks before my flight this company refused any refund of any amount in anyway shape or form and if that wasn t rude and upsetting enough they asked me for his death certificate The sadness and words cannot be expressed how cowboy rude and unprofessional this company is More to the point they felt that for my tragic circumstances they were out of pocket DO NOT BE FOOLED THEY APPEAR CHEAP BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP LOW LEVEL PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE

It s a nightmare to book with this agency Very poor customer service Itinerary were not discussed properly leading to stress I missed my flight due to his medical condition and they cant even process his refund properly Dont be FOOLED by this company

To future clients We meet Romella metophorically when she was arranging a flight for my wife and I to attend a family wedding in Romania at the height of the holiday season Romella warm personality immediately gave my wife and I confidence that she understood our needs To find a flight on the right day right time and at a competitive price this was achieved No aspect of our discussion was ignored Quick email were received confirming all arrangements The qualities Romella has is empathy for the clients personally their requirement and works in harmony with the client to achieve their wishes I will return to make more bookings

RIPPED OFF BY COWBOY COMPANY

Beware of this company I am reluctant to give them 1 star We have paid a fortune for a 2 week cruise to the Caribbean for January 22 nd This was put back from January 2021because of Covid They wouldn t refund us fully as they said we could still use the flights to Miami where we were boarding ship against my better judgement we decided to still take the cruise at a later date It has been so stressful from start to finish with no communication on their behalf I have constantly been calling and chasing up on updates I have been on the phone so many times to this company and they never ring back they just lie and say the person is in a meeting Would never use again

Beware when booking through Halo

Beware when booking through Halo Flights- they use Getaflight for payments which is owned by the same person and is a dormant company No mention of this until you get the link to pay The reviews for Getaflight are damming and I would highly recommend paying that little extra and getting the holiday you desire and deserve rather than be let down

They promise things and dont deliver Very cheap compared to other deals available Be prepared though as coming back from Disneyland paris we were promised a couple of free meal vouchers which never appeared This may seem trivial but in my eyes it is mis selling a product After getting back trying to get in touch with someone who actually cares was impossible They re only after your money Please avoid companies like these

Pathetic company

Paid for our holiday with assurances that if covid affected our trip we would get a voucher for a holiday at the same cost When we were unable to go due to covid restrictions they were very unhelpful and out of the 1400 we paid we only got about 600 worth back as they didn t protect our flights hotel or airport transfers They were then unwilling to accept fault and were not able to get our hotel refunded as promised when we first booked I will never use Halo flights again and would steer everyone away from them

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO COMMUNICATION AND THEY CHANGE HOTELS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU WE SPENT OVER 15000 with this company for a cruise and 2 nights hotel stay in Miami The hotel was so basic it really spoiled the holiday THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN SO STRESSFUL They have good reviews online but these surely are fake Going back to all the excellent reviews I have never heard of miss Brenda and all the other so called fabulous agents I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions but they don t have one
