Nice jacket but slow despatch

The jacket was very nice and my husband loves it It was also a good price However I ordered it on 19th October for my husband s birthday on 2nd November I thought that would be ample time After checking the courier s delivery tracker it turns out it took 10 days HD to even get it to the courier Why would it take this long It was hardly a made to measure item The item arrived the day after his birthday

Great products Service needs help

17 days from order to delivery Was starting to get worried but put faith in the system Pleased with look and quality of items for price paid Unfortunately I ordered the wrong sizes and have requested an exchange free to UK customers according to website but I m still waiting for confirmation and a returns label 4 days later Happy with products but after care a little lacking hence 3 stars

My second coat from H D

My second coat from H D the first one was a success however I had a different experience this time round It took a long time for the item to arrive and within less than a couple of weeks of wearing it it began fraying and tearing at the pockets I was able to communicate with the seller however there was no apology and I was left without a jacket for over a week whilst waiting for the replacement Its a real shame as on the whole I love the design and the overall quality is fine for the price

Quick delivery

Quick delivery goods are of a reasonable standard but not great by any means When tried to contact them about returns for a couple of items that were ill-fitting I didn t hear anything from them I went through the relevant hoops as per their website instruction but to no avail Now I have items that are not good for me To summarise HD provide good service if the items fit but definitely a poor aftercare service

Ordered a leather Anarchy jacket but

Ordered a leather Anarchy jacket but upon arrival I discovered it to be slightly too small I managed to return it and recieved the size up within a couple of weeks However now that it has arrived and I ve worn it a little I m noticing a very distinct fishy odour Apparently some companies use cheap unfiltered fish oil to treat leather which gives it this smell I ve ordered some Leather Cleaner and Deodorizer which apparently helps clear the smell I ll update if it works

Not as good as they used to be

Have spent an unnecessary fortune since last summer when the goods were great but come Christmas they were very poor quality with seams falling apart A little disappointed to discover that the same jackets and clothes are on sale on a fake Chinese web site at a fraction of the cost

Poor Returns Policy

The company has quick delivery Products are decent quality but return mine due to poor fit Returns process easy however communication is poor from company They have failed to refund all the money I paid for the product and delivery and have ignore my emails They do not adhere to their own refund policy

No jacket

I ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago didn t receive it tracked post they don t know were it is and no refund

Watch out for sizing chart

jacket arrived in good time to make sure I received the right size I ordered from their size chart as I was a 46 chest the chart stated a XXL ok went along with it when it arrived it was like a tent on me measured the jacket only to find the chest was far excess of 52 Returned jacket requesting a Size L again arrived in good time and is perfect quality brilliant So be careful with the size chart

Nice Huntsman coat but

Nice Huntsman coat - the second I have had The after sales service is poor My hood wouldn t fasten due to having all of the same press stud fitting and not male and female as they should be I have sent several emails filled in the online form and not even the courtesy of a reply just an acknowledgement of receving the message A pity really as it s a good coat Ive given up and ordered a set of press studs and will do it myself
