Yeah they re a crap company

Yeah they re a crap company they re only a middle man for Chinese stockists Don t fall for the trick of spending more to get free 1st class delivery as when the items eventually shipped 10 days later they arrived by Yodel Got 2 stars as the stuff eventually arrived shorts are way undersized spelling mistakes on the writing on the hat but there is no point trying to return anything to this company as I doubt you d get far

Bought a coat for my husband

Bought a coat from Handsome Dans for my husband although it came through quite quickly size is big and trying to get hold of them via email as no phone number to return and exchange for a size medium I have sent 3 emails but they never return an email with postage label especially as they state free returns on exchanges

Ordered coat for my husbands Christmas present

Ordered coat for my husbands Christmas present on 10th Dec and paid for the 3-5 day delivery coat still not arrived and no update on tracking had few emails back but nothing to say if when coat will arrive blaming postal strikes but as I ve received parcels from other sites I ve ordered from this excuse doesn t quite cut it

2 stars is being very generous

2 stars is being very generous but that s because the product may be really nice If I ever get it I ordered a christmas present at the beginning of December It was the first item ordered to start my Xmas presents Still not arrived I m sorry but the post is not to blame as everything ordered after had all arrived in time Very annoyed

Rotten customer service

I ve bought from this company multiple times the products are of decent quality However if something doesn t fit or isn t as it seems in the photos getting a refund has been dreadful Took me 9 emails and an eventual threat to claim the refund back through PayPal before getting it In December they offered deliveries they knew they could not fulfil and handled the fall out abysmally Their reputation is in tatters - i will not buy from them again

Ignored my messages till PayPal was contacted

Bought from them many times before Good price but many of the items are poor quality despite the pictures Also asked for a refund due to poor quality and they never gotten back to me EDIT I ve had to file a complaint via PayPal in order to get their attention I shouldn t have to do this If you plan on buying from this company use PayPal as an extra security measure in case the product does not match your expectations

Disappointed looked great for a few weeks then came apart

The jacket got to me in OK time and I m not going to lie it looked AMAZING My husband loved it and wore it got a few weeks during last winter fast forward to this year and he started wearing it and after only a week or so I noticed the fabric coming away at the seams not just in one part either but in 3 different places So yes looks great for a few weeks but not worth the money Really disappointed

Letting themselves down

Order a jacket on the 7th December got it on the 4th January I can understand with the post strikes it being late but the absoult lack of communication and not even a sorry is just unacceptable The jacket itself is alright would have problem sent it back but I don t think I would get my money back Ignore the sales they are all false they are always the same price If you are going to order order with paypal

Not worth the hassle

Cheap clothing horrible quality awful sizing and a company that doesn t give their customers any information upon purchase Took ages to arrive and emailed to company twice to enquire about the order with no reply Had to raise an issue with PayPal to get a response from them which even then was very little information in regards to my order Just avoid the hassle

Aviator hat

Bought the Aviator hat which was advertised all over Facebook and Insta The order confirmation emailed to me showed a tracking number with Yodel and under postage showed Royal Mail first class After ten days I contacted Yodel who told me that HD had booked a delivery but they had not received the parcel Tried to contact HD no phone number and received no response after ten days Eventually received hat after 15 days Made in China not fabulous quality and missing one of the clips that keep the side flaps up HD charge for returns so can t be arsed to return it for what I paid and will have to look like Deputy Dawg forever Poor comms and poor quality product
