Excellent customer service
I unfortunately received a damaged product in the post as a result of faulty packaging which has never happened before from Harry s I took a picture of the damaged item and emailed Harry s customer service to complain and within 24 hours received an apology and a notification that a replacement was on its way to me Now that is what I call excellent customer service

Harry are very good but perhaps a little bit too good and will be taking advantage of if they are not careful My issue was genuine but I know a lot of people won t be and will try to Get things for free it was all rather too easy but at the same time the customer service was very good but it was without question and I only say this as a business leader but this approach is not the right way to go and there must be questions
