My Henry site was very informative regarding their products This is my second Henry hoover My original Henry hoover is still working well after 30 years of use but made of metal it became too heavy for me so was gifted to a family member The new Henry numatic is much lighter and easier to store also tools can be stored on the Henry itself so they are always close at hand Delivery was very quick and fuss free I would recommend every household should have a Henry
