Christmas Souvenir Gift Tickets - Not Arrived I purchased my son mother a souvenir gift ticket on 9th December it stated online that to guarantee Christmas delivery I had to purchase by 14th December I received an email informing me that the Sounvenir Gift had been dispatched on 13th December When it had not arrived by the 20th I emailed Warner Bros Tours requesting my tracking details 6 95 paid in good faith for postage costs No answer Emailed again 21st December - again no response I called them today following the final delivery from Royal Mail before Christmas with no sign of my gift ticket Vicky explained that the 6 95 was not for tracked delivery just for the cost of the printing and package So I am unable to track my 150 00 present I had the option of printing a piece of paper from the website unfortunately I do not have access to a printer as I have finished work for Christmas so the only alternative was to have an E-ticket emailed to me so I could show my mum and son their gift on my phone on Christmas Day Alternatively I could take a trip to my local post office and see if they have my gift it was 12 33 on a Saturday so too late to do so I queried why Pure Print the printing company who send out the tickets do not send them out via tracked delivery - no reason was given I called the customer service team back again 0800 640 4550 - option 3 as I decided I was not content with the Its Pure Print Royal Mail s fault I spoke to Carmen who instantly agreed to refunding my postage costs added a guide book to my order organised for my Souvenir gift tickets to be dispatched again using expedited tracking She was hopeful I would receive the gift by New Years Carmen also agreed to put an extension on my ticket as the gift ticket is valid for 12 months following the date of purchase and as I am unable to book before I have given the actual present I was losing weeks of booking opportunity My advice book the e-ticket print off the paper ticket online and skip the stress and disappointment of not receiving the Souvenir Gift Tickets

This was an awesome event
This was gifted to me as my birthday gift from husband We had to change our dates twice but we finally got to go today I was worried after reading a review about the exhibit in Philadelphia but the one in Atlanta was absolutely amazing The event was not crowded and people were very considerate in letting you take pictures There were interactive exhibits that you could earn points for your house The actual costumes that the cast wore and the wands were on display The gift shop was so cool and it had so many things that I had not seen before I wish I had an unlimited money source so that I could buy one of everything lol but then I would need some place to put it all So I took lots of pictures I want to go back before the exhibit moves on and take our granddaughter
